Samus noticed Doomguy looking at her, but didn't comment. "Bounty hunter. Most health care is performed automatically by my suit, I don't have to worry about manual first aid."

"So what's with the suit? Some sort of governmental experimental suit for super soldiers."

"It's Chozo. Varia suit." Samus corrected.

 

[Demonjazz]

"The hell is a chozo? Is it one of those alein races that all the crack pots talk about?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Yes. Very wise and powerful." Samus said treating the subject with respect.

 

[Demonjazz]

"Pfft! All the aliens got a superiority complex you know. That's why they haven't contacted Earth. Think us humans can't have meaningful conversation!"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"...aliens are common and communicate with others often where I'm from." Samus seemed a bit put off by Doomguys language.

"Yeah cause out where you live they already got all the technology. That's what the aliens are always doing. Judging other races by their technology.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"The Chozo willingly gave up their technology and gave it to the rest of the galaxy. Almost all spacefaring species were guided by them." Samus sounded offended now, like Doomguy had insulted her mother.

 

[Demonjazz]

"Yeah, guided. Cause there too much of pansies to show their faces to us humans."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"They showed themselves! They communicated with the rest of the galaxy, created new life, helped preserve it!" Samus told now, her stoic mask cracking and showing rage beneath. "If it wasn't for them, I would have died! So do not insult them this way!" She stood still for a second, then blanched like she said something she shouldn't have, and backed off a little.

 

[Demonjazz]

The marine looked a bit confused "... Okay I think that some how we got something mixed up. Where I'm from, the humans haven't contacted aliens officially."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"We... I do not know how, but there is some kind of distortion here. We have all come from different worlds to this one. In my timeline, there are many alien races, and most of them have allied with humanity." Samus said, trying to regain her composure.

 

[Demonjazz]

"I don't know. I came here from a teleporter in hell. Satan probably sent me here to be a douchebag."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Satan?" Samus asked, curious.

 

[Demonjazz]

"Oh yeah. On mars they were testing teleporters and there was a portal to hell and I had to go in and beat the shit out of demons so that they would stop annoying me. Satan gave up when I beat the shit and sent me to here."

Samus just nodded, honestly having no freaking clue what Doomguy was going on about.
