If Emily could follow the signal, she would find it was being sent out of the US, somewhere in the Middle East.

"I don't know how much I'll get out of HQ in its current condition. Wait hold on... I'm getting a signal being sent back to the HQ." She had Photon trace the signal through the series of satellites along with her EM sense of radio waves.

Seras moved away as she was pondering the question of what Desperado was happening. As she wondered, she noticed the cyborg that was still standing outside the building. Thinking he probably wasn't a threat if he was still just standing there, Seras walked over to him. She remembered what she had been considering for, and started thinking about it again. Hmm...he probably doesn't have a family or anything if he works as a mercenary...right? Who knows when I'll get another opportunity to do this. If we go into another fight, I want...I want to be ready. she thought as she stood staring at the immobile cyborg. She took a breath to steel herself, then moved in. Walking directly up to the cyborg, Seras tilted his head so his neck was exposed, then bit into it. It was more difficult than she had imagined, but with some determination she was able to finally draw blood and start to feed off of him in true vampire fashion.

Joel nodded. [color=003399]"I think so. I haven't lost the use of my powers or anything. And I'm right-handed, so I can still use my sword."[/color] he replied.
It was only after Seras was done drinking the Cyborgs super blood that she wondered if he was a virgin or not. This idea was quikly replaced by this absolutely amazing. Also, all her cloths were now red, because vampire magic. Despite her high, she had the sense of mind to wonder what to do with the cyborg. "...I probably should have thought about this more..." she said as she stared at the corpse.
Worried about him becoming a ghoul, or even a vampire himself, Seras dragged him quickly into the ship, finding it quite easy to do so.
