Hearing Dave's message, Joel secured his stuff, and himself, in the cargo bay. Matilda, meanwhile, made her way towards the Mason sisters, being slightly curious about the fact that a new person had popped into existence while she was off exploring Dave's ship.

As the knights continued their charge towards the squadron, they spotted the interceptors as they spun around to... intercept them. As the two ships quickly approached, two knights leapt from the chariot, a horse for each disappearing as the two left, a horse appearing underneath them moments after. It would be hard to tell potentially given the distance, but the two side runners both carried large shields with them.

As the two lone knights started to play chicken with the oncoming fighters, 4 of the remaining knights raised their hands skywards as a large ball of light started to form above the chariot.

"Y-You're kidding..." Sophia yelped, looking over her shoulder as she heard Dave's announcement, obviously not happy to hear the horrible news.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"They're charging us." Sara said, still looking out the window.

<color=purple>"Dangit. This is getting ridiculous. Can't these guys go to a fair trial without this nonsense?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Samus backed away from the hatch, heading to the Mason sisters. She stopped when she saw Sara. "One of Emily's sisters, I presume?" she asked.

[color=006d5b]"Can someone explain what's going on?"[/color] Matilda asked, approaching Samus and the Mason sisters.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"Yes, my name is Sara. Come with us. We must ask Dave as to what our agencies are with this ship for combat."

The sisters headed up to the bridge to ask Dave some questions.

"Dave, are there any ports to go on top of the ship? Or perhaps a mounted gun?"
<color=purple>"Are there some EVA suits to attach to the ship?"

Samus looked at Matilda, noticing her eyes. She was silent for a second. "Another newcomer? We've got hostiles."

[color=006d5b]"I gathered that, but who are these people and why are they hostile?"[/color] Matilda asked Samus.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Some crusaders that blame one of our group for a long list of crimes. As far as we can tell though, she's innocent." Samus looked to Shara as she called her to her sisters, then turned back to Matilda. "We have to plan. If you can fight, follow me." She headed off down the hall, her suit making pneumatic hisses and metal thudding footfalls that Matilda could follow easily even without her eyes, and holding her hand out behind her for Matilda to grab onto if she needed it.

She arrived at the bridge, hearing Emily and Gwen's questions. "I don't think so. I can provide support out there, at range or up close."

Hearing the alert in the ship, Vicky made to find Sophia as quickly as possible.

Seras and Faro also went on alert as they heard about the danger.

Sophia would be in the cockpit, quietly listening to the group talk amongst themselves. She wasn't sure what she could do at the moment and only kept listening quietly, a worried look on her face.

Not wanting to interrupt the discussions going on, Vicky just walked up to Sophia. She gently placed her right hand on Sophia's shoulder in an attempt to seem like a reassuring presence.

 

[Demonjazz]

"There is a single emergency suit in the cargo bay. It's not suited for fighting though. There's a gun turret right over there" He said pointing too a ladder. "Planning on taking them on?"

 

[Slenn]

Seras and Faro joined up with the others.

Sophia let out a small yelp as she had been staring out at the sky passing them by, slowly coming back to reality as she looked back to Victoria. "T-Thanks."

 

[Slenn]

"Yes, we are. I'll man the guns. If they're electronic, I can have Photon help increase their efficiency."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Samus nodded to Dave, thanking him for clearing that up, then looked to Gwen. "How long can you maintain flight?"

"They're High-powered plasma lasers. Everyone should buckle up by the way."
