Seras went to sit next to Vicky. "Hey. Did Sophia seem okay to you? She seems really jumpy." she said.
<color=brown>"That's it. Very good. Like the poles of a magnet, opposite poles attract and the like poles repel. Now then, if we dig further into the atom, we find that protons and neutrons are broken up into smaller components called quarks. And quarks are funny in that no one has ever observed a single quark by itself. They are always paired up with at least another one. Protons and neutrons are made up of three quarks. These quarks are also held together as well by the strong nuclear force through a mediator particle called the gluon. For humor's sake, you can think of gluons as particles that 'glue' quarks together. You can also think of the quark-gluon system like a set of balls held tight by springs."

She materialized Gluon. <color=brown>"This is my sword, Gluon. Named after the mediating particle the strong nuclear force uses. With it, I can channel my powers through it and generate small nuclear fusion bursts to propel myself or the sword forward. Recklessness cannot be a part of me as I work. Uncontrolled fusion or fission powers can bring down buildings. Fusing or splitting atomic nuclei brings out a lot of energy. It is only through my patience and practice that I keep them in check."
"Well, I guess it's understandable. I'm used to that sort of thing, but I shouldn't expect everyone to be. Even if she has been with us for a while." Seras said.
<color=brown>"The ones of this century, yes. They split the atom to harness the energy contained within. The energy heats water, making it turn to steam. The steam turns turbines to convert that nuclear power into electricity. If my history is correct, then during this period of time there should also be research into fusion reactors, which produce far more energy with an abundant and an almost completely renewable source of fuel. They work by fusing atoms together instead of breaking them. Because of the massive energy involved, it will be some time before they are to be perfected."
1.5 hours later, about 10:30am
Once the group finally reached the landing site, there was a medical team already prepared to pick up the injured Ignatyev. Throughout the trip on the Skyranger, Sophia took periodic breaks in between healing, try as she might she was unable to keep the spell up constantly. As time had gone on Sophia's heals had become smaller and smaller, unable to squeeze out as large of a heal as the last. By the last 30 minutes, Sophia was looking quite tired, her eyes looking heavy and her breathing was showing her fatigue. A couple minutes before the Skyranger landed, Sophia finally gave out, unable to keep herself upright as she flopped over to her side, her breathing laboured.

The Skyranger set down first, and the medical team rushed inside, placing both Ignatyev and Sophia on stretchers. They were carried off to the medical facilities, while the medic and sniper got a quick check-up before being told to report in for debriefing. Gwen was asked to step outside and go over to the waiting squads. After everyone had left the Skyranger, it was carted off into storage to allow Dave's ship to land, a tight fit. The commander asked everyone onboard to step out calmly, without raising weapons.

You set down at around the same location you had last time and step outside. You are a bit wary, because you are not sure who you are here to pick up and the thought crosses your mind that it is a trap.
Samus stepped outside, initially in full armour, but deciding to not risk it and disengaging it as she left the ship.

Gwen followed her instructions and waited. The other three sisters stepped out of Dave's ship as per the commander's instructions and looked over at Gwen.
<color=green>"Could we go see our sister? She's the on in purple with a bow and the letter 'G' on her apron." Winona kindly asked the commander.
