Steve whistled at EMily's description of the ship's capablities.
"So instead of crashing and/or exploding high in the air, it can crash and/or explode in outer space? That sounds... horrifying, actually." Shrugging it off, he returned his attention to the group at large, acknowledging Matilda and Samus. In Samus's case he noted particularly that while she was wearing casual clothes, she had a distinctly military bearing to her, something unmistakeable in all the veterans that he knew.
"So, I can see that one of you is a fighter, as EMily said." He remarked, smiling at Samus. "What about you, Matilda? What do you do?"

Joanna scrutinised Sophia for a few moments, before tentatively nodding. A moment later she nodded more firmly.
"Yes, please. If you can heal it without using precious supplies, then I would very much appreciate that."

"I've been on many ships and jet vehicles, and not one of them has exploded from a mechanical mishap. They are among the safest of rides because they are designed to travel through dangerous environments. Seat belts are designed to secure you during lift off. The hull protects us from the dangers of the outside. And the engine technology does not have hiccups."

<color=purple>"Also crashing into anything in outer space is highly unlikely. You'd have to be the unluckiest bloke to run into an asteroid in an asteroid field. They exaggerate the asteroid density in classic movies."

"Uh, I'm Faro...Barazza..." Faro said awkwardly during the first lull in the conversation, realizing he had missed the boat to make a timely introduction.

"Alright, let me just get a better look at it, and I'll get right on." Sophia said as she slowly walked over to Joanna, checking how large of a goose egg she had on her temple.

"Alright, so I'm just going to prepare the heal. You can sit down if you want, it would make it a bit easier for me to reach properly." Sophia suggested, a orb of milk chocolate forming above her open palm. A small portion dripped down to her hand as it formed a glove around it. The sweet aroma of chocolate drifted into the air for the ladies as two spheres came from the glove, growing to encompass her hand and the original floating orb of chocolate.

"Bounty hunter to be specific."Samus told Steve. "One of the best in the galaxy." Despite her usual stoic tone, there was a hint of pride in her voice.

"I can smell chocolate again." Matilda said, not being familiar enough with Sophia's magic to know the spell and the smell were connected.

[sub]"They said great things about all those helicarriers as well."[/sub] Steve muttered under his breath. Fair enough, I'm sure most of these things are perfectly safe. I just haven't had very good luck with them."

"Am I likely to have even heard of your field of research?" He asked Matilda with a wry grin.

"Keeping an eye out for trouble."
Victoria called back down to Seras as her eyes scanned the surrounding beach and city edge.

"Right, sorry should have mentioned you would. Don't worry about it." Sophia said, reassuring Matilda.

With the two thin sphere's formed like a membrane, the chocolate within it started to expand and contract, slowly shedding off brown chocolate droplets as the main orb became lighter and lighter. Soon it became white, and had a distinct glow to it. Once it had gotten to that state, Sophia reached in to the sphere membranes as the white chocolate pooled onto her free hand, dispelling the spheres before pooling it back onto the other. 'That should be enough.'

Joanna nodded and sat down so that Sophia could reach the wound easily, though she was not particularly tall herself. She sniffed the air curiously as the spell began, enjoying the pleasant aroma that had suddenly arisen. She scanned the surroundings as much as she could while Sophia worked however, knowing better than to simply assume that an unidentifiable scent suddenly appearing would not be a sign of impending danger just because it was pleasant.

"Steve Rogers." Steve replied to Faro. He was suddenly aware of just how many people were clustered here on the beach. He supposed a group with their own personal space ship would attract a fairly large group of onlookers in any case, but he hadn't noticed it getting so busy since Joanna's rescue.

"Bounty hunter, huh?" He repeated, somewhat off guard. He didn't usually know what to make of people who fought for money and money alone. It was largely just another example of violence for personal gain. "Who do you work for? If anyone in particular."

"Usually the Galactic Fedoration, but I've been trying to distance myself from them. I was planning on taking pro bono and personal work before I arrived here. Since I got here, I haven't really had a chance."

Stooping down so she had a easier time to keep her hands steady, she took one last look at the welt. "Alright, just hold still this might sting for a second." She warned Joanna as she reached up to place a tentative finger to the welt.

Initially it would sting having the lump touched, but almost immediately she'd start to feel the warm relaxing feeling of the pressure starting to ease up from her head. The process would be a bit slow, but Joanna would feel like the process was definitely working. "Just in case this ends up being more than I needed to make, where else do you need some help?" Sophia asked, tilting her head a little so she could see Joanna better behind her arms.

"Anyway, I'm gonna go get changed. Nice meeting you." Matilda said as she headed towards the ship.

Joanna did not flinch from the sting of Sophia's touch. As flighty as she was, she was clearly not shy of pain. She smiled as the bruise slowly faded, leaving her skin smooth and unblemished once more. As it disappeared, she twisted around to look at Sophia, flexing her muscles slightly to test for additional pain. She felt like she had been put through a wringer in truth, though it was mostly fatigue and malnourishment as opposed to any actual wounds. Reflecting on this, she realised that she was incredibly lucky not to have been severely wounded or killed in the fall. If that had happened, obtaining help such as this would have been far more difficult.

"Thank you Sophia." She smiled. "You have been very kind. It is a rare thing to see. I do not think I do not think I have any other real wounds. In any case, I feel exposed here. Even with this." She plucked at the towel that she was wrapped in.

"Personal work in bounty hunting? What does that consist of?" At Matilda's farewell he smiled and waved her off.

Vicky replied to Seras. Hearing her voice more clearly, she looked back and saw Seras sitting next to her with a bit of surprise. She pondered for a moment how Seras had scaled the shear metal that was the hull of the space-craft, and came up with absolutely nothing.
