"I kind of took a nap from getting shot in the head on the way over here but I'd guess at least five hours. And no I would not leave those soldiers over at the base or anywhere else. Being told that you can't go back to your home for the next couple how ever long it takes to defeat Gray Mann would be a worse fate than death, I'd reckon... Either way it happened while I was sleeping."
"Five hours?!" Steve repeated, outraged, then drew a hand down across his face in hopeless frustration. "No. I think if you'd asked those soldiers they would probably not have chosen death over being told that they'd be held until we could take down this Gray Mann character." He cast a baleful glare at the Soldier before continuing.
"Maybe you weren't involved, but if it was all his doing, I have a hard time believing that his crimes were even motivated by what you're saying. We'll have to work together to deal with Mann, I agree with you on that much at least. But I'll be watching, and I'll have business with him when all this is over."

Although, Seras started to think Steve might have a problem with how she had turned Faro. She sincerely hoped she wouldn't have to go through the same thing she did with Shara. She started looking at the floor while she considered how to avoid such a situation.

As people got out of the submarine, an old man approached the group. He walked up to Sniper, holding his arms out to his sides in a welcoming gesture. "Mun-Dee! My son! Welcome home!"

I stayed inside the sub. I didn't feel like butting in on one of the merc's family. Family matters have to be dealt by family members... Plus, I felt more safe in a sub than an underwater structure made of concrete.
