Hospital, Minato Ward, 7:40AM
A nurse entered a patient's room, having received a complaint that it was occupied by an oddly-dressed person. The nurse opened the door and approached the bed, before yelling loudly in fright as she saw the occupant had various things nobody in the hospital should have. These things ranged from a pair of firearms, to hands with two fingers and two thumbs, and raptor-like feet.
The figure suddenly sat bolt upright and drew the handgun-like weapon at their belt. [color=ff9966]"Suhsusi'assil zi'as su ish!"[/color] they exclaimed upon seeing the nurse. Quickly the figure holstered the gun and took off running, almost knocking over the confused patient.
After a few minutes, the new arrival ducked into a room and tried to hide behind the curtain. As luck would have it, they found themselves standing over Victoria's bed, panting heavily. [color=ff9966]"Saru zusu ini'arr."[/color]

As she slept, Victoria's eyelids twitched every so often, tightening and relaxing at odd intervals. When the person stood over her bed panting and mumbling to themselves, her left eye opened completely the lens widening and shrinking until it had clear focus on the person. Her right eye opened more slowly, staying at a squint. Now just what the hell is this?... She thought to herself as she groaned irritably.
The figure looked down at Victoria as she groaned. Their eyes roamed over Victoria's body curiously, hidden behind the dark mask over their face. [color=ff9966]Is ui'asr, i'ars us suhnr... Uh sar's suhrh suhr zusrar uhr san i'asairs usu.[/color] The figure sighed with relief when nobody came in after them.
Well... It doesn't look like one of those damn fish... But that doesn't exactly mean I'm in the clear here... Victoria reflexively blew out a sigh at her situation, which sent her into a mild coughing fit. Reeeeeally hoping that... whatever this is it's friendly...

It started up, alien symbols flashing onto the screen. The figure tapped a symbol, and the screen turned pure white. As the alien traced a finger over the screen, a black line formed. The figure drew out one of the symbols that had appeared on the screen during start up, evidently some kind of letter.
The figure moved their hand away from the screen, feeling they had adequately demonstrated how it was used and hoping Victoria would realise this was meant to be a way for them to communicate.

What's this?... Victoria cocked an eyebrow as the person held the flashing tablet in front of her. She watched the person work with it and thought over what was happening in her head. She lifted up her left arm, her fatigue and injuries not seeming to inhibit her ability to use it, and moved it close to the device. She looked back to the person as a gesture to ask for confirmation for what she was assuming she had to do.
EMily and the others would all be taken to an area where they could hire a taxi.

Alright, here goes nothing I guess... Victoria drew two vertical lines perpendicular to the horizontal one she had made, then added a smaller vertical line to the right and drawing a small circle above it, spelling out the word 'Hi'. She then moved her hand back to indicate she was done.
The figure opened up a panel and tapped a number of buttons. After a second, a box formed around the word Victoria had written. Alien symbols appeared next to the box, then began changing.
[color=ff9966]"Can you speak?"[/color] the figure asked, the voice sounding slightly feminine and carrying a bit of an accent that Victoria would be unable to place.
