June 8th. Damascus, Syria.
After a while of staying put in the building it had claimed, the bug decided to go explore a little. Moving back to the first floor, it moved a piece of furniture it had moved infront the door away, and left, having looked through the window if the coast was clear before hand. Sticking close to buildings or moving over rooftops, the bug looked the southern parts of the city over. Not seeing much reason to, it didn't kill anyone, nor did it eat any corpses in the few occasions it found one, even if it wanted to.
Although it would rather do something proactive, exploring didn't leave it dissatisfied, finding it to be fairly enjoyable. The bug would continue to occupy itself with exploring, while checking the news from time to time.
June 9th. Bab Mousalla, Damascus, Syria. 8:06 PM.
On its second day in Damascus, the bug returned to its hideout building close to the hospital after another day of exploring. Ariving there, the bug entered through a broken window, having left the piece of furniture infront of the door now that people in the city began being more active.
Moving back to the highest floor, the bug retrieved its phone, and searched if there were any reports of illnesses from Kenya already. It found nothing. Nothing suprising, the bug thought. It had only been a short time. Stowing the phone away again after turning it off, the bug moved to a window and looked over the hospital, looking to see if things had quieted down there.
