"Of course. Though, the problem is much worse than that." Chloe replied, shifting her position slightly so she was crouching on the branch, rather than sitting. "Those people know, they just don't care. And nobody can make them stop just by asking."

"One could say they don't care. But there are those out there that are aware of the situation. They rally together. People look for different resources than wood and turn to stone and metal. People research better renewable resources like atomic energy, solar energy, wind energy, and hydroelectricity. Would you help rally those people? Inspire them to take on this research so that we can better ourselves?"

"Sure. But that's not going to stop people tearing down forests for farms and roads or whatever, is it?"

"This planet has many problems on it. More farms and roads comes from the fact that the population is expanding. Would you do research and educate people to make them aware of this problem? There are people out there that need their ignorance removed."

"I'm working on that right now, actually." Chloe said, standing up and smiling down at EMily. "Sorry, but I have to go now. It's nice to know some people out there can see the problem, too." With that, Chloe turned and climbed around the tree, giving everyone a clear view of the axe on her back. With a rustling sound, Chloe began moving through the treetops.

Gwen and EMily signaled Joanna and Samus to dash after her. And soon they sprinted.

Samus tried to follow as Chloe moved on. She stopped for one second, testing something out. Her armour was still out of commission, but she had been working on repairing one part on the way here. She rolled up the legs of her jeans, then entered a control on the holocomputer on the back of her hand. Her suit's boots manifested independent of the rest of the armour, but as potent as ever. She resumed the chase, her speed boosted by the rockets in her greaves.

As Chloe and Gwen aimlessly debated the ethics of forestry, Joanna had become impatient and moved into the undergrowth of the trees, aiming to try and climb while Chloe was distracted. Now however, as the dryad began to move, Joanna hunkered down in the squat shrubs and foliage beneath the canopy, and began to try and follow her undetected. Though she was not particularly schooled in the art of moving unheard through such terrain, she was as graceful as ever and managed to move without crashing through the flora like a bull in heat. When she heard Samus activate her rocket boots however, she groaned and took off in a sprint as well, trying to spring over the plants without losing too much speed. They did nothing to help her pace however.

Eventually the movie started and played. Seras was rather enthralled throughout, even getting a little teary at the ending (it's a war movie, of course it has a sad ending :-/).

As Joanna moved through the plants at speed, she would find her legs getting tangled up. While Samus was busy fiddling with her clothes and suit, the grass and plants around her feet began rapidly growing to wrap around her ankles. Neither of them would find it too hard to free themselves, but it would create a delay.

Faro, seeing Chloe on the move, sprinted off after her, hoping to catch her quickly with his super-human speed. The fact that she was in the trees hampered his ability to tackle her, but not his ability to keep up with her.

Joanna cursed in frustration and dropped one of her fighting knives from her sleeves, before trying to use it as a machete. It was designed for parrying, thrusting and cutting, not hacking however, and she made little headway with the plants. As she fought to keep moving quickly and disentangle herself, she quickly lost all of her dancer's grace and was reduced to floundering like a newborn through the forest, such that it was all she could to to keep from tripping on her own knife.

Samus ripped herself out of the root's grip, then used the thrusters to boost herself into the trees, looking for Chloe.

Gwen levitated herself and EMily above the ground keeping speed.

After a short chase, Chloe seemed to vanish completely. There was no sounds indicating her movement, and neither of the Masons' other sense would be able to pick her up.

Joanna tugged violently at the plants entangling her before finally managing to uproot the last of them. She went sprawling clumsily, her knife clattering from her grip and her hood falling from her face. She rolled over and scrambled to pick up her dropped blade, hoping that none of the others had seen.
