[Kirke]

Hüriel looked up at Kenna. "I suspect so. There might be trouble, something about extraterrestrials, whatever that is. Sara is doubtful it's anything more than the ravings of a lunatic. But I've encountered far too many strange things to not believe it could be real."

"Honestly I'm right there with ya." Kenna said. She looked at Joel. "We'll settle this later. " She hopped out of the ring, wincing, heading back to the lockers.

 

[Zepherus14]

[color=Swave Spa Staffer Scoring Sweet money]"So..."[/color] The man's gaze looked back from the computer to the group, now noting the new arrivals. [color=Swave Spa Staffer Scoring Sweet money]"Will it still be for the two, or shall I be increasing the number. We had had a birthday occasion scheduled later today, but it was cancelled last minute. We would easily be able to fit you in then if that was alright."[/color] The man informed the group. [color=Swave Spa Staffer Scoring Sweet money]"Is there some sort of special occasion today as well?"[/color] He asked, looking at the Mason sisters as well as Sophia given their strange appearance.

"Oh yeah, did everything go over well?" Sophia asked the two once they'd talked with Winona, a bit of concern in her voice as she looked the two over.

 

[Slenn]

"It went alright. The fight went down okay. There was an undead guy that formed from a cloud of sand." She turned to the clerk. "We're part of a cosplay role-playing group. We do live action role-play, and we act out our fights." She said, telling a half-truth to make them not sound like ruffians who were chasing after a bounty.

<color=purple>"This will just be it, thank you. We are the last two members."

Sara walked back inside where the others. She continued scrolling through the information while informing the others.
<color=brown>"Well, there's enough here, that I'd like to do some more investigation to get some proof or some lead to their existence. Everything that I find is fuzzy and wishy-washy. What I've been able to find is that the extraterrestrials, which are the creatures not native to this planet, are from a ship that hovers in the position where the constellation Corona Borealis is in the night sky. When we get back to Gwen she can tell you about it since she loves astronomy. The word 'extra-terrestrial' literally translates as 'from outside earth'. 'Terra' is an alternative name for Earth, the name of this world."

 

[Kirke]

Húriel listened to Sara, once again only half understanding what she was saying. "So, we need more information. That man who was arrested, he seemed to know a lot. Maybe we should speak with him again. Could you find out where he was taken?"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

After getting redressed, Kenna came out of the gym, meeting with Sara and co and catching what Húriel said.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"I suppose we could." Sara dismissed the sword, putting her hands behind her back. <color=brown>"We can head over to the local police station where he was taken."

 

[Kirke]

Húriel nodded. "It's the best lead we have. If you wouldn't mind, show the way." She hesitated, looking around at the others. I got to remember I'm no leader here, I'm just a newcomer. I've got no right to order them around. After a short pause, she spoke again. "Or, if you wish to follow some other route, I can track him down and find out what he knows. I'm sure I'd be able to find you afterwards."

"I think it'd be best if we went to the station." Kenna said.

Tyler noticed everyone hurrying out and decided to follow, thinking these people at least looked interesting.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"It's no big deal. I looked up its location on a map before I dismissed my sword." She adjusted her glasses a bit. <color=brown>"Follow me." After the first few steps she said: <color=brown>"By the way, if you need any explanations, any at all, don't hesitate to ask. I know this world is new to you. A lot of our group members are."

 

[Kirke]

"Alright then. And thank you, but I hope not to stay on this world long enough that I need to learn how it works." As she stepped outside, Húriel donned her cowl again, covering her ears and hair but letting her face stay uncovered.

 

[Zepherus14]

[color=Swave Spa Staffer Scoring Sweet money]"Yes. Well..."[/color] The man said, not exactly believing the women, but that was beside the point. [color=Swave Spa Staffer Scoring Sweet money]"So here at our spa, there are a wide variety of treatments available for our patrons. I might be mistaken, but I do not believe you have come here before, is this correct?"[/color] He asked to the group.

"Uh, no. This should all be our first time here." Sophia answered. The man then nodded quietly as he grabbed some brochures from the side and handed it to the women. [color=Swave Spa Staffer Scoring Sweet money]"Here is a listing of some of the treatments this spa has available. The birthday that was missed had an all inclusive spot booked, so choose to your hearts content."[/color] He said pleasantly.

The list was rather large, but quite a few had a discount associated with them, apparently having some sort of special on with the commercial that had been playing. [color=Swave Spa Staffer Scoring Sweet money]"Take your time."[/color] He informed them as he looked back to his other duties for the moment.

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"Understandable." Sara simply said, not wanting to give her the details of how often others leave the present world.

"Thank you very much." EMily said as they were handed the list.

EMily took one second to look at the list to know what she wanted.
"My first stop is going to be the massages."
<color=purple>"Ah, me too. Those sound good."

<color=green>"I was gonna go for the sauna."

Kenna looked at Húriel. "Still best to learn just in case, right?"

 

[Zepherus14]

Sophia had also taken one of the brochures, and slowly looked down it. Her finger tracing along the page as she read, her lips moving on occasion as she formed partial words. She looked up momentarily as the sisters stated what they wanted, but quickly looked back down at the page, evidently still unsure if she even wanted to do anything here in the first place.

 

[Kirke]

Húriel glanced back at Kenna with a pained look about her. "I've got friends back home. I can't lose hope that I'll see them again soon."

 

[Slenn]

<color=brown>"Do you mind if we ask who your friends are? Where were you from again?"

 

[Kirke]

Looking over at Sara, Húriel was quiet for a moment as she thought. "I do not know of a word for the world, we simply call it just that. The continent we live on, we call 'Thedas'. As for my friends... Well, you obviously would not know of them anyway. I would call them heroes, though none of them would agree to being called that. How long until we get to the police station?" She asked, trying to subtly change topic.

"Gotta be around here somewhere. I've seen enough cop shows to know what the Met looks like." Kenna replied, realising Húriel was tryingto change topic and helping her along.
