"Some mindless human." Dromaeus explained. "He was firing his fire caster around, and shouting about the Imperial Legions. And then he was taken by a werewolf. He won't be a threat any more, though we should keep our guard up. I could not tell if the werewolf was feral, or hostile to us. Its unfortunate that it attacked when it did. That man looked like he was carrying some valuable goods indeed."

 

[Zepherus14]

Super Jumbo Joe took off his crown before sitting down with a gigantic thud.

Joe walked out with the Joes that were also in the crown. Looking at the Joes busy working on the secret weapon Dc Sparkles gave them he said "So I hear some of you guys got to ride that mecha over there!!"

"Yeah!! It was AWESOME!!" They all announced. "We were like pew pew, and reeee, and Vroooooom!!"

"Good to hear."

Turning to the others, "So with big tall and ugly out of the way all we need to do is get Rugal right?"

 

[Safe in the Dark]

"Can someone give me an explanation? All I know is, I woke up in some place called Ireland, got pulled through a portal, escaped a building rigged to blow, and fought a giant lizard." Squall said, suddenly feeling entitled to some kind of reason for joining the fight.

 

[Zepherus14]

"I'm glad you asked." Joe said.

"A few Joes thought it would be interesting to document our adventures in this world, shall we show him guys?"

Two of the Joes walk up, instantly creating a puppet show theatre.

Squall was treated to tales of merriment and sadness. He saw the Big Daddy come forth from the see to make a home on land, misunderstandings of Alek's stormwalker, battles with martians and the fights with Renlen vs the late Mike and Swiftrunner.

Amaya's Super demon that scared everyone into a truce. The trickery of Rugal trying to get everyone to split up so he could kill them off. The adventures the three groups had collecting the diamonds, fuel rods, and the adamantium.

"That was you, I knew it! You crazy idiot." Alek said watching Joe redirect the artillery shell.

The combined effort of Renlen, Joel, Preginald, and Alek to find out Rugal's plot, even though Joe knew he was evil much sooner, and Alek never noticed the sticky note attached to his back for almost a day.

How Joe really liked spaghetti, and ribs.

Intermission

The Joes start holding up pics of them watching the movies for battle plans, many of them wet their pants cried, and one even exploded!

Swiftrunner snorted back at the human "I am a werewolf of the brecillian forest trapped on this world along with -snarl- my enemies at the beach" He then spoke again " I know not what a -growl- 'enclave' is but here there is a battle brewing." Crouching down to view the human up close he snarled angry before speaking once more "Those at the beach seek to destroy -snarl- Rugal; a powerful mage who resides on an island off shore, he seeks to conquer this world and I have agreed to -growl- assist him so that he may in turn return me home to my own world" Swiftrunner stood up to full height which put him a good foot taller than the human. "I have kept you -growl- alive for one reason and you will continue to live if you carry out a -snarl- task for me." Swiftrunner emitted a deep laugh.

 

[Drakmorg]

"Werewolf? Must be that turncoat Swiftrunner. Well I am not letting that threat live any longer."
Preginald replaced his top hat with a pith helmet. "I'm going on a wolf hunt, anyone who cares to join me can follow."
Preginald goes into the underbrush, searching for signs of Swiftrunner.

OOC: I like how joe was privvy to the death of Mike, it just sort of went unnoticed since it was a 1v1 duel to the death. I was gonna reveal it later on to further polarise Swiftrunner but this covers it well enough.

OOC: I think he means the earlier fights, in the field, and the hotel.

"Preginald! I would suggest that you do not pursue him. Werewolves are very fast and strong. I've seen one tear apart 8 well armed men at once, and once they decide to attack they are very hard to escape from."

OoC: The Joes are EVERYWHERE!! Also they ate a really weird mushrrom to get the stuff before Joe even existed in this world.

Squall wasn't exactly sure how to react to how the tale was explained to him, but it was an explanation and that, was really all that had mattered."I see... Thanks." He said before nodding very slightly. "Beat this Rugal guy, and we win, but... That's the hard part." Squall then looked to Preginald and followed suit Lionheart in hand."I'm game."

OOC: I would join the hunt, but I really need to log off and get some sleep.

Dromaeus snorted as the human and the automaton disappeared into the undergrowth, before lying down on the warm sand to bask.

"Very well then. Do not expect me to come in and drag your remains back to the beach."

Swiftrunner was about to answer the question when he heard something coming through the undergrowth towards them and caught scent of the strange mechanical creature. "I must leave, my enemies -snarl- come." He began and settled into a braced stance " Listen well -growl- human those at the beach will take all the help they can -snarl- get" He started to move away his eye fixed on the human. "They have a -snarl- great machine there that will kill Rugal and with that my way home" Swiftrunner took off into the undergrowth at great spead and shouted back "Destroy its weapon and you shall live I have your scent and I will hunt you down and I will kill you should you decide otherwise!"

And with that Swiftrunner doubled his pace from the area before heading back to the ruins, he would double back to ensure this new element would provide the service he requested but now he needed distance and a chance to cover his tracks. A final roar that echoed into the distance and he continued to speed away.

I don't care. Alek thought. The others can just go off and get killed. He wasn't going on a werewolf hunt, he was going to stay with his Imperial Eagle and prepare for the assault. Preginald and the one with the rather ludicrous sword went off into the underbrush. I'm not going after them. The Joes were starting a live-action retelling of the adventures in this world, all in mime. That did it. "Wait for me! Righteous vengeance and the hunt, etc, etc!"

Addressing Squall and Alek, "Good show, always nice to have company on a hunt. What would you say to a Gentlemen's wager chaps? If either of you kill the werewolf, I'll give you a diamond the size of your head. If I kill the werewolf, you have to skin it for me. Do we have an agreement?"

As Swiftrunner reached the ruins of a building that had collapsed across the beach he decided to hide within, he could smell another human along with the strange device. He entered the destroyed building to find it was a maze of ruined corridors that were pitch black. Perfect he thought. Let them comes...soon he would hunt them.
