Rugal walked pass several battling soldiers on both sides.
"It's a Gift! I can Sense Power where ever it may be!"
A robotic trooper bumped into him, he crushed it's metal head within his hand.
"A side effect of My Own Limitless Power!" He shouted again.
He was within a few feet of the Lizard now.
He folded his arm and stared "Make your move, for I have Already made mine...heheheh"
He stood and awaited it's attack.

OOC: I often find that it makes the sequence go more smoothly, but I'll try to do without it where it can be avoided. Or do you just mean your reaction to what I do in this case?

Dromaeus cocked his head. The man's statement troubled him, and he decided not to risk himself with an immediate lunge.

Dromaeus cocked his head. The man's statement troubled him, and he decided not to risk himself with an immediate lunge.

Rugal smiled and shouted "DARK BARRIER!"
A Large Green shield on Ki Energy appeared on his forearm.
It Fended of the Fire as Rugal strolled though it.
"Cute, Didn't you knew Magic!"
He did a small charge forward, enough to send some of the Fire back at It's Caster.

Dromaeus snarled as his powerful shout was rendered ineffective, and raised Ysgramor to ward off the flames that were sent back in his direction. Springing forward over a foot into the air, he thrust the tip of his sword at Rugal's thoat.

Joel popped his hood up, dropped from the helicopter, gliding on his dark butterfly wings, and started killing Rugal's men.
"RUGAL! A question. Why did you *slice* attack Grigori and Levi?" Joel pivoted, firing a handgun shot into a soldier's face, jerking his head back before impaling another.

Rugal pushed the sword away with his free hand and used his momentum to perform a back kick at Dromaeus's head.
He faced Joel's Direction and shout "It was BATTLE! They Knew what they were getting into and so Did YOU!"
He summoned some power into his fist and punched the ground sending out a small shockwave
"POWER WAVE!"

Note: Rugal's main Gimmick is stealing moves so watch out, Cookies for referance spotting!

Dromaeus hit the ground and rolled forward, before coming to his feet and twisting around for a backhanded strike at Rugal. His backward facing crown of horns had caught the kick and cushioned his skull, probably given Rugal quite a sore foot too, but nerves ran through the centre of the two largest horns, and now these felt like they were on fire. As he twisted, Rugal punched a fist into the concrete, which bucked and rippled. Dromaeus lost his balance and stumbled away, before using his tail and shield to steady himself.

Rugal avoided the sword by rolling away from the lizard.
He turned to face the bullet and took it in the chest, blocking it with his suit's chest Armour.

 

[Random berk]

Rugal blocked the backhand without turning around, grabbed Dromaeus arm and threw him over his shoulder.

OOC: Already stumbled backwards due to the shockwave, but while we're at it, is Rugal sword-proof as well then? Because if that strike had connected, it would have been the blade he put his arm in front of, not Dromaeus's wrist.

Joel crushed a soldier's head with a kick and turned to Rugal. "But why attack them? They shut down an airport, because of a report of a terrorist attack! You would've been given a look and sent on your way!"

Dromaeus hissed with frustration as his sword met nothing but empty air. Stepping forward, he brought his sword down in a broad overhead swing, drew it back and stabbed straight forward, followed up with a strike with the rim of the shield that could crush a troll's skull and left the shield in a position to be brought down to ward off any blows, if Rugal could even stave off the flurry of attacks.

Rugal back-flipped away from the Lizard and then turned back to Joel
"BAH! WHERE'S THE FUN IN THAT?!" He roared before sprinting at amazing speed towards Joel and attempting to "TIGER KNEE!" him in the Face.

 

[Random berk]

"Damn it!" Dromaeus barked, infuriated at this human who seemed to have an endless supply of tricks. He wondered if the man's magic barrier could protect him against attacks on the soul as well as on the body.

"KRII...LUN!!" he shouted, meaning to drain Rugal of his energy and stamina, and leave him helpless in front of Joel.

Wait we started?! Just got back!

Is Rugal's lakky with him?

OOC: He's in the base overseeing the portals, I think.

Joel swung his scythe into Rugal's knee and pinned it to the ground before saying "RENO! FIRE!"
Reno fired a barrage of bullets into Rugal, before aiming his missiles. Joel wrapped his tentacles around Rugal and held him in position.
