Rugal, Drained of stamina had to take the Gunfire, missiles and starfish.
He was released after the barrage.
He fell to the ground but got up seemly no worse for wear.
"YOU LEARNED HOW TO WORK LIKE A TEAM, 'BOUT FUCKING TIME! RAGING STORM!"
And with that Rugal hit the ground, sending out a dome of Ki to force others to back off.
He got up and faced the Heroes.
"Too bad you learned TOO LATE!"
He shot off several "REPPU-KENS!" out at the group.

Joel looked at the event. So, if he does that Krii thing, then that gives me the chance to hold Rugal down and lets the others hurt him. PLAN!
"Argonian... Lizard... Do that again on my go, Reno, do your thing. Rude, we're going to need 'air support' and an MF. ALEK! Fire all guns just after he goes all purple again. GO!"

Dromaeus crouched and planted Ysgramor's rim on the concrete, weathering the magical blasts raining down. (Can't remember what Reppu-Ken means for the life of me.) As they eased off, he barged forward, thrusting his sword upwards at the base of Rugal's spine, trying to aim for the joint in the armour.

"All remaining Joes not on the Imperial Eagle are in position Joe." Joe #1,000,084 said.

"If Rugal wants to fight an army, he's definitely got what's coming to him!!" Joe screamed.

"All boats launch the missles!!"

As Rugal fired his Reppu-ken, he here'd a blast coming from his left. Off in the distance a multitude of boats shaped like paper boats floated into view.

A swarm of missiles launched from the masses. Rugal's eyes widened. "Dark Barrier!!"

As the missiles impacted his shield, one of them seemed to be carrying something. It was Joe, riding one of the missiles. "2D warfare!! Hell Ya!!" He shouted slamming into his shield alomst cracking it as he leaped to the others

whats a reppuken?

OOC: if i remember the airport fight, its basically either a long-range blast of energy, or a ground-based Hadouken.

The sword thrust glanced off the back plate of Rugal's armour and Dromaeus darted nimbly out of the way before he could react. As Joel had called out to 'go', he shouted again.

"KRII... LUN!!"

OoC: They aren't really there for landing just missiles, Joe rode on one here, they don't need to get any closer yet. That and is your lacky here too, or just Rugal?

Joel saw the purple ripple over Rugal, and grabbed him again. Reno fired another round of bullets, and launched small missiles. Rude pointed his Materia arm at Rugal, marked him as the target and screamed "MEGA FLARE!" Bahamut's head flicked from the remaining part of Tokyo, smashed a building over and rushed to the island to breathe out an explosion of flame.
"JOES! FIRE YOUR MISSILES! ALEK, I NEED YOU TO FIRE AS WELL!"

Dromaeus stepped back, holding up Ysgramor to shield himself from the rubble, shrapnel and flames blasting from the devastating bombardment.

"Surely he cannot survive this." He thought. " Not even the most powerful battlemage could resist such an onslaught."

 

[Zepherus14]

The missiles launched from the boats, more of the Joes were riding them this time.

"Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!" They all screamed. Some of the Joes got off before the missiles got near Rugal but others seemed to be in it for the full journey.

Out of the corner of his eye Rugal could see 'TN~' on their foreheads.

OoC: As much as you may think, the Joes won't die from the missile explosion alone.

The dust Settled.
Rugal was on one knee with his hand on the ground.
He was bleeding around the Ribs and face.
"Ok...That *Winces* was a good one..."
His hands and feet glowed red and made Sword-Swipe sounds as he Showed off a combination of punches and kicks.
"Ha! My hands and Legs are now capable of cutting though Steel! Have At you!"
He went after the Lizard, lashing out with a lighting fast barrage of Razor Sharp Punches and kicks.
