Julia climbed off the bus, watched the Merc open his warehouse door and nearly fainted. So... many... WEAPONS! Her radio crackled. "Ms Chase? It happened again. In Shanghai. And there was a raid at the nuclear power plant. Same chopper."

OOC: this is Virginia, at the Merc's armoury.

Alastair took a minigun and a katana. "there my sweet, have that for all those years i missed out with you." He also got ammo for his weapons before aquiring a bandolier for each gun he had. He began to talk to the merc. "Where we going next?"


Alastair heard the merc and went to sleep on the bus.

The Merc took an L115A3 LRR sniper rifle, and two large Desert Eagles and a Remington 870 and a H&K-MP5.
The sniper rifle that made the longest sniper kill to date? Good. You know its limits.
The Merc saw Sofia holding the minigun. "NO! Don't touch that... she's special." he took it away. "And where did that sword come from?"
The Merc continued, taking urban camouflage armour and a ghillie suit. He restocked on throwing knives, and threw away his tranquilliser gun.

Preginald strolled into the warehouse and pick-up exactly 6 .44 magnum rounds and loaded them into his revolver. "Well, that's all I needed. Where are we off to now?"

Alek snatched one of the submachine guns and some extra ammo. He would have preferred a hunting rifle, but knew that he'd need something with a higher rate of fire. Wit that, he climbed back onto the bus, and waited to head off.

Eragon remained outside. His sword could slice through metal with ease and would never break, his bow was sung from a tree by Queen Izlanzadi herself and would be hard pressed to miss with it and he had great ability in magic and mental attacks. While he waited for the others he walked up to a tree. He wondered if the trees of this world would respond to his singing.

He began to sing in the ancient language at the tree, he sung low and mournful and the tree seemed to sway in response. Its branches curled and danced as his voice continued to sound. He ended on a long note and the tree became still but it was several metres wider and bigger. Eragon was pleased the plants of this world responded to his singing as he had always been fond of the elves art of singing to plants.

Dromaeus quickly grew bored. He did not understand the mechanisms of guns and was considerably less excited about the selection than the others. Going outside, he took some steel arrows from his quiver and began to practice, aiming at the smallest objects he could see and shooting from further and further away each time.

Julia came back in with another Remington and two new handguns. "I just got a radio message. Shanghai got attacked too. And now Reno and Rude have nuclear materials."

Dromaeus took the crossbow, and after experimenting for a minute, managed to load it. He fired a shot, then handed it back to the Hunter.

"Why would I need that contraption? My own bow fires much, much further than that, and with greater speed and accuracy."
