Eragon ran past the others in the room out to where Saphira landed. He hugged her left forearm and shouted "Saphira!" She arced her neck forwards to nuzzle Eragon's head. "Yes Eragon now the ones who did this to us will pay but first you must tell me what this colourful group of two-legs-round-ears is." She cast her gaze over the Library and Eragon stopped hugging her to run back to the others. Entering the building once more he said "Come out and see her, she won't bite." "Without good reason " Saphira added mentally to all those nearby. Her voice was extremely gentle and soft.
Shepard, having been standing at the front door, went outside immediately and cautiously approached Eragon and the dragon. It looked a lot bigger up close. She walked close, slowly and respectfully, but without fear.
"She's... beautiful." She said.
OOC: Always kind of hoped I'd be using Dromaeus for this moment. It would have been a lot more interesting. Shame...

The great blue dragon looked down at the small, 2d man. "Feed me? I am not some house mongrel that needs to be fed. I hunt for myself. She looked at Eragon who had sat down on her right foreleg when she had lay down to observe the group. Eragon then felt that tell tale sign of pride in her at Shepard's comment. Same old Saphira. "I wouldn't rather be anyware else than by her side." Eragon said. "She's a bit vain though." "I am not. She protested loudly to everyone nearby. "Its no fault of mine of the human can see the obvious beauty of my scales, I doubt anyone here has saw a more magnifiecent sight. Eragon looked at the others "See?" he said and Saphira let a brief gout of flame into the air.
Grunt and Legion came to Shepard's side as usual. They both had their weapons ready, but Shepard suspected that they would be of no use if Saphira became angry. For once, even Grunt looked completely awestruck. Legion's brow plates lifted.
"This animal far exceeds the dimensions of any organic lifeform on our databases." he remarked.
" Yeah, even a truly mighty krantt could have trouble with it."

"So... the whole chromatic/metallic colour scheme isn't part of your universe right Eragon, Saphira seems too nice to be a blue dragon in that context." Joe looked over at Eragon after Saphira answered him.
Eragon looked at Joe. "Dragons in my land come in many colours. Her temperment has no holding on what colour her scales are she is simply...Saphira." He said back to Joe. "Saphira is many shades of blue anyway." He added pointing towards her underbelly where her scales were of a lighter shade of blue. Eragon then climbed up the spines on her side to sit in the arch of her back. "It seems I need a new saddle." He said remembering his first unsaddled flight.
OOC: Random Saphira doens't have her armour on or any wards at the moment. The widow probably could do some serious damage given the chance.

Shepard shuddered as she thought of the idea of riding on the Dragon's back.
"I think I prefer the idea of flying in the Normandy. Last time I was up that high with only half a ship under my feet, I did enough skywalking to last me a lifetime."

"So... you do realize that you're on the moon, and there isn't any air, and we aren't in the library." Joe finally realizing that his head was slowly inflating, activating his helmet. "Ah much better!"
Eragon simply held up his palm. "A spell I worked on earlier to allow me to breath and it looks like Glaedr extended it to Saphira as well." Turning instantly serious Eragon said "Where is Doc Sparkle?" Saphira echoed the question also. "I'll have that four-legs-prey head for holding me." She growled audibly when she said this.
OOC: As a dragon Saphira often uses memories and images to communicate instead of words which is evertime she calls something two-legs-round-ears (humans) and so forth but she only uses the actual method of sharing memories with Eragon or another Dragon so she simply says how she labels things, if that makes sense.

Eragon slid off Saphira's back, dodging her razor spines and landing on the floor. He walked back into the library. Saphira followed, as best she could, which involved her squeezing her head through an open window.
OOC: Am I the only one who is genuienly sad that Doc Sparkle's library got trashed so bad?

"That's an impressive beast you have there, Eragon." Mat said, walking toward the dragon. It was a bit odd, it was larger then he had expected, it also had wings, which was unexpected, but not unwelcome. It was also thicker of body than Rand's insignia and lacked a proper mane, just a nest of scales, still, it was quite a sight. "Now, where can I get one? Or more than one, which would be better."
OOC: Meh. Name one location or structure that we've visited without completely demolishing during the course of this RP.

Eragon looked at Mat. "Dragons choose their riders Mat. If you were brought before a dragon egg that had been given by the wild dragons to the riders and the dragon inside chose you then you would be a Dragon Rider. Rider's never have more than one dragon, they may fight alongside other dragons and their riders but a rider can only ever be bonded to one dragon." Eragon explained.
