Swiftrunner gazed towards the forest after the short exchange. "Do we -snarl- give chase!" He was anxious and ready for action after the skirmish with the human.
Nicole heard the puppy growl in his hands. "What is it Benji? Timmy stuck down the well?" he asked sarcastically. "No, but I think he can smell something. What do you think, Sour Drops?"
I follwed Swiftrunner's gaze. The forest was burning intensely, and the point at which the stranger had disappeared was now engulfed.
"I doubt he's worth taking our chances with the forest fire. Fact is, we've done nothing except defend ourselves against him, so perhaps he won't see fit to come back. We should keep a sharp eye on our surroundings for some time though. He was a cunning son of a *****, and I don't want to let him get the drop on us again."

"Fuck." Nicole threw the puppy onto Sear Drop and rolled out of the way of the shadowy figure. "Why didn't I bring my fucking costume... oh yeah, I didn't plan this trip..." He leapt onto the horse and kicked him. "Yah, horsey. YAH!"
"Eeeehhh, I am just trying to get back to KM. She will be very pissed with me if I very late. I don't know if I can breath on the moon, but I am not in the mood to find out. But KM is mine boss. You now Nightmare Moon (He thinks it is Knightmare Moon). Ruler of the night, the moon and such things. Ooh and in the bags are just about 5000 golden bits. If there are any missing, I will find you and drag you in to any punishment KM puts me trough. And this little filly. Would you leave her there with all those crazy things happening there" Sear Drop told Nicole.
Rummaging trough his bags, Sear Drop pulls out a bit. "See? Also do you know what all those weird things are in mine bags? I KNOW that I didn't put them in there, unless the guards are becoming pretty weird."

"Wait what?" Was all he could say before getting a puppy throw on to his head and Nicole back on his back. Getting kicked in the flanked, Sear Drop reared up from the kick, throwing Nicole of his back.
"WHY DID YOU KICK ME" Sear Drop yelled at Nicole, not noticing the things happing around him.
Rummaging trough his bags, Sear Drop pulls out a bit. "See? Also do you know what all those weird things are in mine bags? I KNOW that I didn't put them in there, unless the guards are becoming pretty weird."

"Fair enough. Explain the thing that looks like it's about to beat us to hell." Nicole looked over his shoulder at the large figure. "Puppy: use your puppy eyes to see it. Horse: use your magic to make Puppy speak people speak."

Swiftrunner returned his gaze towards the clearing...something felt wrong. He tried to recall...then he remembered. After arriving Swiftrunner had been carefuly noting every mage he encountered: One had fled, the other was supposedly harmless but the final one he could recall had fled after he first arrived. "We should move, I've been paying attention to every mage I have discovered here and one has slipped our grasp" A short growl emnated from Swiftrunners' throat at the thought of what an unwatched mage could plot and accomplish. A quick snarl and Swiftrunner began again "I doubt we could leave the -growl- blood mage unwatched however" He gestured towards the female who had just risen from her trance.
Rugal's Chopper Hovered overhead.
A LoudSpeaker said: "ATTENTION TO ALL INTER-DIMENSIONAL BEINGS! FOLLOW ME! I WILL EXPLAIN EVERYTHING UP AHEAD!"
The Chopper began to move towards a Clearing some distance away.
"...Like lambs...hehehehe..." Rugal chuckled.

In the commotion, I'd almost forgotten that the young Japanese woman was there, and was surprised to here her speak.

Even if he walked on all fours and we put him on a leash." I joked. As I spoke, however, the chopper passed overhead and broadcast its message. I glanced around at the rest of the group wordlessly, awaiting a reaction.

With a roar Swiftrunner set off after the flying machine that had suddenly appeared "Come!" he roared again "The mage returns and offers his challenge!" He would have the mages spine!
