OOC: Yes and no. Inaeun is who i'm playing now but the Warlock is my main guy. With him are 4 Guardians (Standard Eldar citizen Infantry) A Ranger (Inaeun) A Dark Reaper (Heavy Ranged Fire Support) 2 Howling Banshees (Agile Melee Infantry) and a Warp Spider Exarch (Teleport Ambush Heavy Infantry, hes called Rakanis) With Regards to Jaguar he just honest to god din't know what was happening, he assumed stuff that didn't happen and lost his cool trying to get his character out from it, granted he is young but hes good for his age he just has a problem with his temper and not getting his way.
Clear as day Inaeun saw a figure who seemed to be wearing Space Marine power armour fall limp. He contented himself a slight chuckle before cursing his mistake and relocating silently to an advance postion closer to the primitive warriors and brought his scope up to observe once again.
"Lieutenant Daniels." Was all Preginald said as Dan's head was placed in the lavish leather chair in front of Preginald's beautiful desk.

"Lieutenant, you are lucky. Because today I'm feeling charitable. I'm going to give you another chance."

"Oh I know you won't Daniels. Now go out there and make me proud, once you get a new body of course."
[color=sky blu]"Sir Yes Sir! And thank you again sir!"[/color] A robot soldier picked up Daniels head and took it away.
"You put the device in Daniels new body right Major Gibbins?" "Of course sir. But why give Daniels the device? He's not going to use it."
"He's not going to know that he has it. Not until it's too late to do anything about it anyway. Have a little faith Gibbins, Daniels will play his part perfectly, and if we're lucky he'll get rid of the only things standing in the way of this world's perfection. Now if you'll excuse me I've got spoils to count." Preginald hopped out of his chair and began counting the loot stolen from Cork.
OOC: Have some foreshadowing before I go to class. I'll be back to actually do stuff in a couple hours.
Xavier burst in, and tried to take Alastair away. Lambda pulled out her handgun, and shot Alastair in the head, then fired a burst at Xavier, who ran away.
OOC: No cause you guys think its okay to think he's Guilty! He isn't you know that you posted that i was picked up by Kappa dont lie you did! God damn its stupid when the person who's prosecuting did the crime! Alastair is coming back later unless you say he is innocent caus ehe is and in Rp form you said he is guilty 10 pieces of eveidence saying im innocent!
OOC: Alastair attacked Theta, Gamma and Upsilon in front of a crowd of people. he kept running away. As I've been saying in-character, they don't give a fuck about the bombing because they WITNESSED everything else.
plus, your evidence doesn't make sense. You showed an image of Kappa, who was cloaked, with his name badge. None of the Deltas have badges, and it would also be invisible.
Also, Will, Shepard and Mat are prosecuting.
I will retcon the execution, if you keep Alastair around for the tribunal.
OOC: WELL THANKS FOR THE INFO ON YOUR CHARACTERS! Anyway i tried to explain the reason i kept running off but you guys said "No! NO!" So if you let me explain we wouldn't be in this mess.
Ok but i want to reveal what Kappa and Upilison did?
Alastair stood and punched (Insert name here) in the face making him/her fly through 4 walls. "NO!" he shouted and sat down and answered all the questions.
"If you get Alastair to plead guilty, we won't execute him. Okay?" Omicron said. "Hurry up, because Gamma is either going to beat Alastair to death or get enough evidence to start the tribunal."
Theta ran to the helicopter and took out a tablet, linked to it, then showed the video of Alastair brutally striking him in the chest.
Keeping his sights trained in he could see everything but hear little, even with senses far superior to a human. It was a risky gamble but he decided to move closer, his chameoline cloak shimmering as he did. He got within audio range of his earpiece to start recieving soundwave data on the Mon-Keigh. The humans seemed to be suffering from desent in their ranks which was expected of humans. Inaeun then settled into a crouching position and began mentally compiling the report he would give to the Warlock. This had all been predicted some 500 years ago. The failing of a webway gate, the doom of a pre-Terra earth. If humans were destroyed before they could take to the stars then the main shield that the Eldar had from the numerous dark forces of the galaxy would be gone.
Inaeun cared little for the path of the seer, in fact he cared little for the rules and constraints of living on craftworld Ulthwe which is why he chose the path of the outcast: to wander the stars andd bring information back to craftworld, bring battlefield intel in and provide long range support when the craftworld mustered for war. There was no mustering however, he and his kins presance here was due to a malfunction of the webway that seemed to have thrown them back through the warp.
Gamma walked out and called to the camp. "Everyone, Alastair isn't talking. All evidence is being streamed to our database. Phoenix Joe, lawyer guy, Will, Shepard and Mat, you can all access it here." Gamma yelled, holding out the tablet.

Omicron aimed his gun at Sofia. "Ma'am, please exit the vehicle and place your hands on your head. You are under arrest for assaulting a medical officer." he ordered.
