"Heero, we've known each other for about 6 years, and you serving me as a bodyguard for 5. Is there anything that you want to talk about?" Relena rambled. Despite her being the Vice Foreign Minister, she had her moments of being a normal 20 year old woman.
"Hn. Well there is this one thing." Heero pulls a few buttons, and a screen appears before them. "In the years after the Eve War, why did the Gundam Pilots become icons like this?"
"Tha's supposed to be me by the way." grunted Heero

Joe continues to slowly sway left and right until he got bored. "Man these things are annoying!" Joe shouts at the red spots, they weren't going away!!
Joe unable to go back to the others starts to get to him. It was boring just standing there, nothing to do! Joe descends into such boredom he starts to consider conducting the forbidden art of MIME!!.
"NO I must stand firm!! I shall never resort to such a thing!" Joe shouts.

Joe was getting desperate, he couldn't reach for his cup and string, no one was within ear shot, and the red dots were still on him. He hadn't made a joke or done anything silly in hours, or atleast what felt like hour. Although it was only 3 minutes, it felt like an eternity!
"Damn you red dots! Think you are better than me! I would rather die then m... m..m.. mi... MIME!!!!"

Heero knew that everybody had been trying to get him to admit his true feelings towards Relena but, Heero was glared at them back.

A common soldier, only to be discarded after the war is done.
But the truth was that Heero LOVED Relena. Not just her, but her ideals and everything that she fought for:
A future. A better future.
Where weapons like himself would no longer necessary. Heero began to slightly tear up.
"Heero...What's wrong?" she asked.
"It's nothing..." Heero said, trying to blink tears. He sighed. "I guess I better call up Duo about this..."

Relena stared at him for a moment, her eyes shinning like stars. "That's a lot to say... And a lot for you to forgive yourself."

Heero sighed. "But of course it is. How many more times does humanity have to continue this endless waltz of War, Peace and Revolution? How many more times will there be for soldiers to come back in coffins? How many more..." Relena puts two finger on Heero's lips.
"Shh... I understand Heero. That's why I am here." Her eyes soften even more.
"We both act as the two sides of humanity Heero. War and Peace. It's paradoxical I admit. Fighting is all that you have known. But now, we must fight together to protect the peace that we have now."
"Relena... I..." Before Heero could speak further, Relena kissed him...
(At the Preventer Base)
From the meeting hall of the Preventers, a few guests had just saw the event that transpired from a hidden camera in Wing Zero
"Well it's about damn time, right?" said Duo.
"Took them long enough" scoffed WuFei. Quatre and Trowa nodded
Milliardo Peacecraft stood in the back corner of the room. Slightly mad, he crossed his arms. But still, he found peace that his little sister had finally opened up to his rival.
Dream for now Zero One. Milliardo thought with a smirk.Once you come back, there'll be some talks...
