Alastair arose and said the verdict. "stop annoying me and get the verdict on with i have no more evidence!" Alastair said before stepping out of the way of the Eldar he noticed in the room.

Sofia had nothing to say and asked Xavier to deal with Omicron. " Sorry sir. Your taling to the number 1 most important neese in the world." Xavier said before pushing Omicron away.

Gamma grabbed Alastair, removed his helmet and shocked him. "If you have no evidence, the court finds you guilty of terrorism, attempted murder, assault, dereliction of duty, contempt of court and obstruction of justice. You will face death by firing squad." Will said with Mat and Shepard's agreement. Gamma and Lambda lifted the paralysed Alastair and dragged him out.
"DEAD MAN WALKING!" Gamma yelled, adding electric shocks whenever Alastair came around.

Omicron was pushed, and looked at Xavier. "I am trying to save her FATHER!" he yelled.

OOC@Jag: The entire point of a trial is for you to deny the evidence with actual testimony. "I didn't do it" won't work.

OOC: Fine the Eldar are coming in! Are you happy!?

Xanis motioned to the Guardians, the time was right. Under the concealment they made their way over to where Alistair was being held and entered. The Aspect Warriors outside maintained their positions, ready to cut down the snipers should they fire. Xanis ended the concealment spell and he and the 4 Guardians stood at the back of the room. He raised a hand "This farce will go on no further. Give the tainted one to me and I will purge the Chaos from his soul, you know not what will happen if you kill him." Some guards moved towards the aliens but the Guardians raised their Shuriken Catapults and powered the gravatonic accelaraters, creating a low wurr as the wraithbone rifles became active.

Alastair smiled. " I bloody knew it!" He screamed before rushing out into the speeder and gaining speed fast!

OOC: Ah yeah!

Gamma and Lambda looked at the Eldar. "How do I know you aren't just friends of his breaking him out for trying to kill the civilians? What is Chaos? Those big guys? If you have to do it, do it in the camp. Then bring him back for execution." he said nervously.

Alastair smiled. " I bloody knew it!" He screamed before rushing out into the speeder and gaining speed fast!

OOC: he's being held by Gamma and Lambda, has the Eldar guns pointed at him and is being electrocuted.

Wing Zero noticed a detection among the snipers, there were 5 figures that moved like shadows among the enemies.

"It looks they'll need some help."

Heero nodded, launching Wing Zero back into low orbit to meet up with Wing Seraphim.

"Foolish mammals! Chaos is the patron of marines who invaded this world not to long ago. Its influence corrupts and spreads over all it touches. If Alistair dies the taint in his blood may allow a Daemon or another Chaos warband to slip through to this plain due to the Physcic trauma." He struck the ground with the haft of his Singing Spear. "I'll ask again for him, then I will take him. The ritual of cleansing doesn't always leave the subject alive and it is far too ancient a ritual to perform here."

"So, the Chaos are those soldiers who attacked? Fine. Take him. If he lives, please kill him. It's the kindest thing to do." Gamma said, shocking Alastair again then dropping him at the Eldar's feet.

Two of the Guardians stepped forth and with drew a physcic clasp from a side pocket in their suits which bound Alistair in a ring of crackling energy. The guardians turned to leave and Xanis issued the order to the Aspect warriors to stand down and return to the malfunctioning webway gate. "Your wiser than you look Mon-Keigh. It is a shame your decendants don't share that trait." With that he turned and followed the Guardians, who surrounded Alistair in a box formation as they led him away.

OOC: And now you can move on from Alistair. Jaguar is literally beggin me not to kill him but I'm going to give him a talking to first then make my decision.

"So, we turn Alastair over to you, and you purge this taint from his soul and if it fails he dies?" Mat asked, "I can't say I see much of a down side."

Inaeun watched as Xanis and his Guardians began to leave with the tainted one in tow. He also noted the Aspect Warriors begin to pull back also. "Inaeun, maintain observation across all cycles. Be as the snake striking from the bush should any threatan your charges." Xanis' voice came over the comm link into his earpiece. "It will be done, Warlock" With that Inaeun withdrew to a differant location and set up another observation post.

OOC: I'm off to work, as always Inaeun will remain his watch over the hi-priority targets and do his best to protect them should they come under attack. Which begs the question: What if Michaels tries to kill Lambda or any of the other ones I've mentioned, Could be interesting.
