Well at this moment in time, Rugal is the sole antagonist of this story, which is a fact unknown to everyone except for the character Amaya, and has fooled the well... people (I'll define who in a bit) he classes as the heroes (no one else has shown any possibility of turning evil yet but give it time) into carrying out a highly dangerous 'fetch' quest in the hope that they'll die from either attempting it or by killing off each other so that he is unchallenged when he proceeds to take over this world. Now the character's involved at the moment are Alek, Joe, Joel, Saito, Michael, Swiftrunner, Urai, Preginald and Amaya. I'll just quote myself from the post above to give you an idea where each person currently is.
I highly suggest that you read from the start to understand each of the characters. Failing that catch up on the story from page 21/2 cause it's starting to get confusing. Don't fret to ask questions and hope you join the RP. The more the merrier!
Oh yea and so far there have been two deaths (a Prinny and Mike Dawson) and two minor and major confrontations.
^Basically, this is the last known position/situation of each of these characters. I guess at the moment they are the main cast as they have posted the most in this thread, but there are potentially other posters who fit this catergory however they need to post more/revive their characters.Nile McMorrow said:

Just looked at the avatars of some of the rplayers in the earlier pages. I don't think they will be rejoining us any time soon. *sadface*

I'm currently still in Ireland as well and I've come up with a idea to continue my character. Also according to what I've read either Rugal is still in Ireland or at Doc Sparkle's study and Amaya is still here but her condition has yet to be determined. "Good evening, Several Campers have Died from what people say was 'A Man on Fire' in the Midwestern Woodlands. This Claim comes from shapes found at the campsite that Gardi are calling 'scorged footprints'..."
Rugal listened to the news report as he jury-rigged pats from an old Radio Station into a makeshift commiuncator.
He then made this call to all the 'Heroes':
"Attention...This is Rugal...Just calling in for a sit-rep..."

Matt had left the plane and managed to get through the airport without too much hassle. However, he was aware that he was being followed, but by who? He walked down the road from the airport, then ducked into an alleyway, slipping out his gun, waiting for the pursuer to pass by, but who never did. A dark shape approached Matt from above, and took him by surprise.
So going back and assuming after the 1 hour point was the time when all the other characters had arrived A) at the airport, B) at their decided destination or C)In transit. Then at the 30 minute point they were a considerable distance from the forest, clearing and it's nearby path. So....

Past: Half an hour ago:
Renlen Deadeye stumbled onto a path after emerging from the depths of the forest he had been running through for goodness knows how long. Relieved to finally be out of there, Renlen let go of GS, which activated it's anti-grav propulsion systems and casually floated where it had been left, as he immediately collapsed onto his side from the over-exertion, lack of air in his lungs and choking fumes of the burning forest. Mercifully, the fire had yet to spread throughout the whole forest when he had first entered it and he only had to make do with the hellish environment for a small distance before entering the yet-to-be-burning part of the forest. As he drew in rasping breaths, Renlen tried to make sense of something, anything but he was having trouble thinking. Eventually, he fell unconcious once his brain registered they were no longer running.
Present: The Hour point or sometime just after
As feeling slowly crept back into his body, Renlen felt a rather painful pressure on his front. Opening his eyes, he saw that he was lying on a path outside a forest. It took him a couple of minutes to remember where he was and what had happened. The stalemate turned ambush... running through the wood... and eventually falling unconcious. He remembered it all but before he could mull over these events, Renlen thought he oughta deal with the pain on his chest. Rolling onto his back, Renlen noticed that Guilty Spark was floating above him. Ignoring the bot and reaching behind his sash for the source of the pain, Renlen retrieved the pistol he had hastily holstered there. He gave the gun a grim look as he saw it's hammer still pulled back and realising how lucky he was that it hadn't gone off whilst running or when he fell down. Aiming at the nearest tree and imagining that it was the man who had chucked the grenade at him, he let loose the shot and heard it echo slightly. Somewhere an ant paused in his inspection of the dead tree he was on and listened as he heard one of his kind scream as it's life was quickly crushed by the force of a .45 calibre bullet. Putting the safety on his gun, Renlen returned his pistol to it's holster and sat up. He took a moment to go over the events in his head.
"Well I remember GS nudging me just before that grenade landed nearby. Perhaps the man had seen GS as he was returning to me and was able to pinpont my location." Cursing the amateur mistake he had made, Renlen realised that he had been up against a worthy adversary and briefly wondered what would had happened if he had shown himself rather than tested their trustworthiness. "Probably have a bullet in my head." he thought. Then the fact he had lost his hat dawned on him again. Now he had two reasons to dislike the nade man and wolf man. They made him lose his Sombrero and tried to kill him. Grinding his teeth a little, Renlen thought back to the his escape in the forest and briefly wondered whether he had actually seen a Panda Bear accompanied by a girl or if it had been the product of lack of air mixed with the fumes from the fire. Sighing, Renlen looked at his watch and saw that nearly a whole hour had gone by since he had last checked it. Upon standing up, he decided to check GS for any blockages caused by ash or the fumes from the fire. After triple checking everything was clear, Renlen checked GS's charge level and decided now would be a good time to charge him. Putting GS in a low power state, Renlen clipped his spherical companion onto his person to make traveling easier. It was then he noticed the state of his atire.... Everything was covered in soot... Adding another point to his mental list of what those two had to pay for, Renlen looked around his environment fuming slightly. In the distance he could clearly see a town. "Well it looks like that will be my next destination." he sullenly thought. "Perhaps I can get some answers as well as some new clothes there." Setting off towards the town, Renlen briefly let his mind wander to his Sombrero. He wondered what had become of it.
Renlen got out the forest, collasped on the ground. Woke up at the same time everyone else was flying off. Got angry, shot an tree/ant (such a bad pun...), cleaned Guilty Spark, placed the bot in charge mode, decided he needs new duds, looked around noticed a town and is now headed there... The above paragraphs sound better...
The Sombrero:
At first the Sombrero was sad when he first saw his owner disappear into into the burning gateway. He thought he would never be able to pass on the wonderous secrets of existance that it solely knew. But then two men appeared. One was extremely hairy and the other wield a large knife. He wondered if either of them were considering ownership of this abandoned piece of headwear. He patiently waited but then realised he was either being ignored or hadn't been noticed at all. It tried in all it's power, which wasn't much, to get their attention but failed miserably. Eventually, more people filled the clearing and they all ignored him. 'Well' the Sombrero thought 'I've been abandoned in this land and now I'm being ignored by potential owners. Well sod them. I'll take my secrets with me to the grave." The Sombrero then did the closest thing to hat suicide and stiffened. It no longer produced a comfortable feeling when worn and from this day on would cause the death of multiple owners (but that's a story for another time). For now it got caught on a gust of wind produced by the footstep of an approaching construction bot and was blown away into the wide world.

Well, according to SUBJECT his character is in a coma induced by the death of Eleanor, his little sister (not canontically correct seeing as Delta would die when Eleanor dies due to their connection. Fan, ho! But who really cares) and at this point SUBJECT would like any reason to revive his Character so white magic should do. Unless you want to go an evil character and bring him back as a thrall. Either way...*shrugs*Safe in the Dark said:

Matt slid the handgun back into his coat pocket and said "Matt Gein. I'm a friend of Nicole's. Um... by the way, Nicole is a he. Just... yep. Actually, I could use some help. I'm trying to find my way to the city I'm from to get to Calley Corp. Uh... could I get a ride?"
