Shepard nodded.
"Standard procedure then. Thane, Samara. You two stay here at the entrance. Three marines will stay with you and operate the Mako as Legion was doing. You should be able to hold the breach. Legion, Tali, you're with me. We'll take five marines. Garrus, you take Jack and Grunt. The rest of the marines will go with you. Get your asses back alive, or you're on bilge duty." The marines laughed.
"Good luck." She said. With that, Garrus's team took off, and Thane and Samara climbed onto the Mako.

Shepard turned to Xanis. As she did so, Tali scanned through his Guardians, wondering if one of the survivors was the one she had spoken to. Legion looked around at the fallen robots, and onward to the halls ahead.

"Good luck Xanis. When we see you next, I hope it'll be over Preginald's wreckage."

Out on the battlefield, Dromaeus glanced up and loosed a reptilian shriek as he saw the J.O.E missile fly overhead.

"At last!" He looked around at the Chaos warriors who were looking at him in confusion after his sudden appearance.
"Oh. FUS RO DAH!!!"

The tank destroyed the first few lines of men burning them alive. Seeing their comrades getting wiped out caused the assault force to break off and flee towards the chaos defence lines. Mardek watched the havoc that the grav tank caused onto his men, enraged mardek ordered a charge "I know what these eldar fear and they will quake when it shows" mardek tuned to his sorcerers "Summon the keeper of secrets" the sorcerers nodded and went to do their unholy work. "In the meantime call a juggernaut charge...they are getting restless". The marauder nodded and went to order the charge. "You will learn to fear me eldar" mardek muttered.

OCC: The eldar are screwed now

OOC: Juggernaughts not so much but a Keeper of Secrets? Two greater daemons in one battle. I have a Fire Prism...thats it. Avatar of Khaine could take on Greater Daemons but they only wake when the entire Craftworld goes to war. I really don't know how im gonna get out of this.

OCC: Don't worry the bloodthirster is off fighting a gundum so its only one greater demon you guys have to fight. And besides this is a whole chaos crusade that's going down.

OOC: Not a Gundam... A super robot... From Super Robot Wars... And they are a alot more powerful than a Gundam....

Xanis set up his own defenses, the Barrier fields and deployed Draug and the new Dark Reapers along with the Shuriken Cannon and a compliment of Guardians. Taking the rest of the Guardians, the Banshees and Rakanis he began to set off but not before adressing his warhost. "Stand firm warriors of Ulthwe we shall dead with this speed that matches the great Kurnous." He left and watched the Falcons fly off leaving the Fire Prism to provide the support while the Falcons returned the Webway assembly should more forces be required. Xanis moved swiftly down the hall "Take care Shepard, your part in this is not over."

OOC: Just to give background on the Keeper of Secrets. Every Chaos god has minor daemons which serve it: bloodletters, daemonettes etc but a Keeper of Secrets is a Greater Daemon of Slaanesh. It is thesingle most disgusting thing anyone can ever look at for at the same time it is the single most beautiful thing they've ever saw. It is pleasure and vanity given form and even eldar can go insane just from looking at one let alone when it starts whispering into your head.

Really what's it look like

As the Eldar and Shepard's men began moving further into the base they began experiencing even heavier resistance. Each group encountered at least a dozen Model 8 units.

Joe was riding ontop of the J.O.E missile, cowboy hat flapping in the breeze.

"YEEEEEEEEE HAAAAAAAAA!!!"

He saw the gigantic angry face robot attacking. He steered the missile straight for it.

"Eat THIS!!!"

The missile collided with the robot, a giant explosion erupted from the impact, and from the blast came something else.

All the Joes were screaming as the flew towards the battlefield below. Joe was in front of the wave.

"ATTACK!!" They all shouted.

"W-What? Fine if you want an ending i'll give you one! BEETLE CRUSHER!!!!!!!!! EIN! ZWEI! DREI!"

Shepard, Legion and Tali found the enemy in greater numbers as they moved through the hallways. The halls had buttresses running along the walls, and with their numbers reduced, they found that they could settle efficiently into their old tactics. Legion blasted holes in any enemy that showed its head, no matter how well armoured it was, and once he had fired the first shot would quickly switch to his SMG and hose down the others, draining their shields. With the shields gone, Shepard would open up with the Particle beam, cutting the unprotected robots down like a scythe through wheat. If any of them got close enough to attack Shepard and Legion point blank, Tali would surprise the mwith a blast from her shotgun. This strategy proved devastating, and they left a trail of wreckage as they progresed.

Model 13 turned to see a missile marked J.O.E. headed straight for it.
The face-screen on its wrists changed to "O.O" as it saw the missile. The missile struck the Model 13, knocking it to the ground but doing little damage. As Model 13 was knocked down it rolled through the Chaos forces, crushing hundreds of them at once. Once free of the crowd it stood up again, it's face-screens changed to ">=(" as it began stomping on the Joes, though because they were 2D all it did was crush surrounding Chaos troops.

The new determination and conviction of the Eldar greatly enhanced their usually powerful combined arms stragies. Guardians advanced into armour shredding range while Rakanis distracted the robots. Xanis and the Banshees powerful melee weapons carved the robots apart when they closed the distance and the storm of physcicly charged blades tore the machines apart. The model 8s fell and the Eldar continued their thorough sweep.
