Royce grunted and stopped as he heard Joe's comment. He had to admit he was tempted. 'What if I DO end up needing it? Maybe I should learn it's basic functions...', but he still loathed the object due to it's origin. He struggled with the decision for a few more moments.

Joe saw a light spectacle almost as good as '2001: Space Odyssey' as he entered the arena thingy. "So... what the hell do I do here, I've never seen one of these things before?" Je said putting his hand up to his chin.

Joe pulls out the 'Mass Effect Medallion' and charges it. The sonic blast ripples to a slow crawl as Joe yawns and sidesteps to avoid the attack.
"Next?" Joe says getting down into a running position as he repockets the medallion.

"Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!" Joe screams as he is launched across the arena, as he was about to hit the ground he pulls out his light sword and sword-a-pults using the momentum he had to launch back at the girl, aiming a swing at her sonic cannon thingy.
The girl quickly materializes the dual Scimitars, slapping their ends together making a scimitar staff weapon.
She block's Joe's attack. "You do realize... That I have two Dragon Cannon's right?" she smirks, firing at Joe point-blank.

As Knife zones back, he sees another Flashpoint match occurring, with Royce and one of the Joes watching some sort of screen. He walks over to them, reaching into his jacket as he does. "So, what's going down in groove town?" He asks between mouthfuls of popcorn.
Joe twists before she could land the cannons, dropping his sword to make sure he made it, running behind her, and jumping onto her shoulders. Joe then quickly pulls out his bug spray mixed with the angry hot peppers. "As a great blender man once said! 'Don't breath this!'"
Joe sprays the concoction into her face, making her wheeze and gasp, as the fumes suffocate her.

As Royce watched the battle, he grew intimidated by by the power of the IS suits. He swallowed his pride and marched over to Charlotte. "Alright fine...damn it. Teach me how to use this thing." he said in a slightly demanding tone, clearly talking about the bracelet.

The girl takes out into the skies and shakes off Joe... She points her Scimitar staff at Joe as he falls. "Still not taking this seriously, huh? Fine... This is your gift."
Lightning strikes Joe, granting him his gift. A gift of terrible proportions; a simple lift of his hand would inflict spontaneous fire on the anyone he looked at, no matter how strong he or she was, they would sudden be lit on fire.
OOC: Cadet Representatives in the IS world mean a lot. They represent the highest tier in combat and skill for any other IS pilot in their country... Laura is also a Super Soldier of Germany, so yayz!
