Ya I was in a bit of a pickle as to what Joe could do, He's a childhood idea I had one day on a car ride when I was bored, Joe, the guy that can never die. And who says cartoon violence can't solve problems.
The problem I had initially was figuring what I could do that wasn't OP. Arrogancy mentioning that Joe was 2D, helped me come up with what his powers were. He hasn't really gone through any fights (boss battles) yet, but he is a great support character.
Um... well I'm the only one active as far as I know, what possible meddling could you do right now?

"By the way, we never really met, I'm Joe." Joe crouched down extending a hand to Preginald.
"Well I'm Preginald, the pleasure is all yours." Preginald retorted. He briefly gave the stick-man a handshake. The short amount of time he had spent with Joe on the flight here was indication enough that he was unpredictable at the best of times.
*looking at Preginald, caught a glimpse of his reflection, a picture of a lightbulb appears above him*
Joe~"Hey! That just might work!!" Joe cried, startling Preginald with his sudden outburst.
Preginald~"What might work, Mr. Joe, and why the sudden need to scream into my face?"
Joe~"Preginald, quick I need to know the nearest location of a newspaper plant!"
Preginald~"What do I look like to you, a walking GPS!? Me word, stickmen can be rather rude sometimes."
Joe~"Come on, you're a master of inter-dimensional space-time travel, and I'm still working out this whole depth thing."
Preginald~"Well, you do know how to pull your foot out of your mouth, don't you?"
Joe~"I don't have feet..." *giving off a large goofy smirk*
P~*looks slightly down to see that in fact Joe's legs just end, no feet*
"So it appears... but what you are looking for I do believe we passed about 10 blocks back from our current location."
Joe~"Thanks!" *runs to the hole in the wall made by the smelter(if skyscraper jumps off, if at ground level just runs indirection indicated)*

Joe~"One step ahead of you." his voice coming from the radio sitting on the table in the middle of the room.

"Weird thing." Sear Drop said as he picked up the radio and put in one of his bags. Looking around the room, Sear Drop fond nothing interesting the do besides taking a nap. Walking towards the bed, Sear Drop jumped on to the bed.
mmmmm kind of hard and the pillow aren't even stuffed with Pegasus down. Why don't they have any clouds here? You know what. I am going to make mine own.
Walking out of the room, Sear Drop looked around the corridor before finding the Elevator.
"Know how does this thing work again? mmmm Maybe I should push that button thingie." Looked at the elevator, Sear Drop noticed numbers changing on one of them.

With the elevator arriving at his floor, the doors slide open. Walking in Sear Drop heard something that he would come to dread.

Trying to push one of the buttons, Sear Drop accidentally pushed several. With this the doors closed and the elevator started moving.
Going down, the elevator stopped and a women with a small girl walked in.
"Horsy" the Girl yelled at seeing Sear Drop. Walking over to him, she started to pat him.
"What is a..... stop, stop, stop, eeehhhh yes just right there. Buck that place has a itch." Sear Drop said to the horror of the girls mother.
Coming to a floor, the mother picked up her daughter and ran out screaming.
"What was that for?" Sear Drop asked him self.
Stopping at another floor, a big sweaty man stepped in to the elevator. Not seeing Sear Drop, he managed to push him against the back wall.
Gaahhhh, what the, dear moon what is that smell, is that, is that HIM. Good moon this is awful and that music. Why won't it stop.
Finally reaching the floor that the man had to go to, he stepped out shortly followed by Sear Drop who is gasping for air.
Getting up, Sear Drop saw that the elevator closed behind him.
"Your bucking kidding me" Looking around, Sear Drop fond a sign that said pool --->

Matt stood up and left the room. "I'll be going now... you don't really need me." he said. He went down to his room and looked around. "Sear Drop? Sear Drop? Hello?" he saw a mother walk by the doorway. I thought Joel took care of the guests... Oh well. "Excuse me, but have you seen a horse? Uh... I know that sounds weird but... He's blue and has wings... And-" the woman nodded.

Well... I decided to go ahead and read most the way through, skimming over a few bits here and there, but I have a (relatively loose) grasp on the comings and the goings. Where are/were Eleanor and Delta? I know it's in Ireland(I think), but I'd like to have some specifics about what I'm likely to find, if that's alright. I've decided to try and sort that problem out before leaping into any other facet of plot. Oh and I decided against Cecil, instead I'm gonna use this guy:

Yep, I recently found VIII again and decided to give it another go, I'm thinking about having Squall come across Delta and trying to help him somehow, or Dead Eleanor(assuming she isn't a jumbled mess.) and using a Phoenix down, or a stocked life spell.
Swiftrunner gazed at the large building from within the shadows, he was masterful at sneaking in but he doubt he even he could assail this fortress without being noticed. His best bet was to wait for Rugal to leave and catch him on his own. He snarled and watched, waiting to see if he would emerge.
Joel's radio crackled.
"Mr Calley, someone's leaving the building. We can't confirm if it's Rugal, but it may be the man he met on arrival. Do you want us to intercept?"
Joel sat up.
"No... Harrower, follow him in the car. Simmons, air support. If he get's within the protected area of this hotel, arrest him. You've got enough evidence to support the terrorism charges, don't you?"
"Yes sir... Will do." Harrower switched off his radio and ran for the elevator.

I'm glad you decided to join us. More people should jump into the story/revive their characters. It always gets better with more people. Nice choice of character btw. Well last I checked Delta was still in his coma in the clearing where we all originally entered this dimension. It's not exactly been specified where in Ireland it's located but it is known there is a forest nearby (which if not still burning then burnt down) and that there may be a fort now built by Preginald's construction robots. There's also a path not far from the clearing that has a sign saying . Additionally, Amaya (mcpop's character) is speculated to be in the same clearing near an unburnt area of the forest however her condition is unknown and according to mcpop's last post she could actually be time traveling(?) I believe. Though Doc Sparkle (Knife's character) may be willing to throw some meddling in.Safe in the Dark said:
