"A pleasure to meet you. I am Princess Rozalin." Rozalin replied, seeming to direct her reply to both Ziggs and Rumble as she could not remember having met either of them before. She noticed everyone moving through the courtyard and outside the castle walls to look at the airship, then stood up to follow suit. It looks nothing like that flying machine from earlier. I wonder how it works?

Rex stretched himself out a bit as Balthier walked, looking around.

"Well...the name doesn't matter to me, as long as this thing flies well..." Royce commented somewhat quietly.

Bullet remembered something as she quickly exited the ship and brought Black inside, though she was rather groggy.

Once that was done with, Bullet sat by the entrance of the ship, allowing her feet to swing on the edge of the ship.

 

[Slenn]

"Thank you, Ryu."

Edgar chuckled at Bryce's comment. But I know this ship is tough as nails. Don't let the name deceive you. He followed him and the others to the ship to inspect it.

"Momo would be having a field day in this place..." Ryu commented to himself as he looked at the airship.

Royce sighed and entered the ship. Once inside, he looked around for a quiet and out-of-the-way place to stay.

 

[Chungus]

After a short while of walking through corridors that were still unlit, Balthier lead Rex to an elevator leading down to the engine room. Though the elevator wasn't operational, there was a ladder next to it in case of a emergency. "Down here." Balthier said to Rex as he climbed down the ladder. Above the engine room, the large wheel that would levitate the airship could be seen. Directly infront of the ladder was the large engine block. Balthier walked up to it, grabbed a handle wich he twisted 90 degrees to the right, then pulled it towards him, revealing the core. "Here it is. Now, can you do this without electrocuting everyone aboard, or had we best leave the ship first?"

"I'll take that as a yes!" Bryce said. He removed his duster to reveal a ripped up mustard yellow shirt. He grimaced, and four small nubs poked out of his skin.

@Slenn: Hmmm... Starting to write up the intro for my next character...

"Why is everyone climbing aboard this thing? Are we about to use it to take flight? Why do we even have this? Where are we intending to take it?" Rozalin asked to everyone still outside, her mind bristling with questions as no one had bothered to try and keep her 'in the loop'.

 

[Saltyk]

Ryu looks over to Rozalin. "As far as I know, it needs to be powered up... Maybe some of them are going to do that?"

 

[Slenn]

Edgar followed Balthier and company down to the core.

Rex nodded as he solemnly walked up to the core. [color=008888] "I'm positive about my control over the energy. Everyone on the ship should be more than fine." [/color] He charges a stready stream of electricity in his right arm and slowly places his hand on the core. [color=008888] "Here we go..." [/color]

"about to go chase the guys who burned down the little town. Hey, you want to have a flying race to the top?" Bryces 4 nubs ejected long thin spires of bone, which pulled out streams of leathery wings. He took a deep steadying breath. "ow."

 

[Chungus]

As Rex began charging up the core, it began emitting a low humming sound. Sortly after, it began giving off a feint blue glow. "Good. It's working. I must confess, I was uncertain it would." Balthier said to no one in paticular.

Royce found a place and settled in.
