The mech continued floating about, with minithrusters adjusting its trajectory every once in a while. It spotted the airship, taking out a rifle of kinds.
"Hmm... Seems primitive..." it said, continuing to look around.

"I suggest taking off tomorow. I would rather not try and navigate this desert at night." Balthier said to Edgar as he stood in the elevator, waiting for Rex to join. "Plus, it would be wise to stock up on as much provisions as posible. I have a feeling we will likely not return here for a while."
"Hold on Ryu... what was that noise? It certainly didn't sound natural."
A beeping noise came from Edgar's radio. He flipped it out.
"Go ahead scout."
"There's a giant.... robot? Outside. It's weird. You need to see this."
"Excuse me Ryu."
Edgar rushed his way outside of the airship to check out what the scout was reporting.
"What the plooper-ficktel is THAT THING!?" He said, pointing at the mech.

"Go ahead scout."

Edgar rushed his way outside of the airship to check out what the scout was reporting.
"What the plooper-ficktel is THAT THING!?" He said, pointing at the mech.
"Why should I? It's not like we have anything to talk about." Royce said with a tiny bit of bitterness as he started unloading the gun and reloading it to make sure everything worked properly.
Rozalin was wholly focused on flying, so she had managed to avoid the obstacle that Bryce had smacked into. Hearing him get cut off, she looked back to see that he had hit the sand and appeared to be unconscious. She sighed and gently fluttered back to the ground. I should make sure the fool hasn't injured himself... "Erm...Help." She called out. Hearing Edgar shout caused her to look up and see the robot with what was clearly a weapon. "Whatever it is, I think it intends to try and kill us. It must be with those ruffians from last night." She said as she fished her gun out from her bag.
The mech noticed Edgar rushing outside as it started to descend as the rifle dematerialized to nothing.
Hmm... Humans. Other normal humans. I guess Charlotte's hope for animal hybrid is dashed then.

"I would be, but there aren't many people around here worth being social with." Royce replied coolly...or as coolly as he could manage.
"My, my. Hostile already? I barely looked around and I get a rather brutish welcoming. Sure I raised my weapon, but now its gone." The mech replied in a female tone. "Hmmm... Tell me, are you the owner of this ship? Its of a rather... Interesting design." it said to Edgar, definitely evading the question.

Rex shrugs as Ryu looks at him. [color=008888] "If I could handle one without much trouble, the entire group would decimate it three times over." [/color] He looks up as the mech's rifle vanishes then turns back to Ryu. [color=008888] "It's a friendly or at least not going to attack us , calm yourselves down." [/color] He casually waves at the mech. [color=008888] "Yo! What's your name, miss?" [/color]
"Yeah, well, go...go practice with someone else." Royce said as he got up and walked away from Bullet.
"Don't give me that. Answer the question or I will kill you where you stand. We've already been attacked by your kind. And I will not allow you to do more. So..." Ryu draws his blade. "Stand down, leave, or die. Your choice."
"And it is obviously not friendly. Or it wouldn't come here with such blatant arms and intents to fight. Most likely it doesn't know what it is up against."
