Seeing that the people attacking the worms were fully committed to the fight, Jensen turned away and hurried down the dune, deactivating his cloaking system as he went. At the bottom, he took off at full speed, his augmented limbs allowing him to make a reasonably good pace even over the difficult sandy terrain. He hurried to catch up to the others.

Black focused her aim. "When the time is ready.....Now!" She said, then fired at one of the worms, she then picked a rock and turned in into a bullet and re-loaded her sniper and took another shot an the worm. "All creatures great....and small..."

The teenager turned to Handsome Jack, scowling. "I called dibs on it, that's why."

Royce did his best to avoid the worm that was in front of him and the others.

Sable gets annoyed and starts throwing explosive potions (Enough noise for the sandworms perhaps?) Derpy continues flying around blissfully with the knight on her back

"Fucking worms!" Bullet yelled, doing her best at avoiding the worms infront and behind her.

Balthier came to a stop when the worm emerged from the direction he was going toward. "No outrunning them, it seems." He muttered to himself with a irritable tone. He flung the rufle over his shoulder and reached into one of the pouches dangling from his hip, pulling out what looked like a handheld bomb.

"Just get me as far away from these horrid creatures as possible. It is the least you can do for putting a Princess in such a debasing position." Rozalin replied authoritatively to Royce. She was facing back towards the tree as Royce carried her, so she had no idea that there was one much more close in the opposite direction.

Jensen soon caught up with York, Royce and the carload of mercenaries who were driving at a slow enough pace for those around them to keep up.

Corvo stopped. Lord Protector, that's what he was called. 'Protector' He sighed. His natural agility augmented by the Bone Charms had put him way ahead. He could outrun the worms, others couldn't. It hurt with every movement as he pulled his pistol from it's holster and fired it into the air. Hoping to draw attention to him, Corvo the idiot.

Then stuff about XXX being 30 and V seeming bland.

The worm that Black had shot at suddenly reeled back and changed direction. It began curving around to try and come at the group from the right side.

The worm that had launched itself into the air dove back into the ground narrowly missing Bullet and Royce with Rozalin over his shoulder. It then joined the other worm that was still pursuing the group.

Daniel continued running "Hey you know what would sound enjoyable right now. Watching the Wrath of Khan. You know with the desert planet and the sand worms that mind controlled you or something"

Rex zips and darts around the worm in front and barely manages to avoid Sable's explosives. He yells up at the knight on flying pony (which he didn't question since not dying was more important right now.) [color=008888] "Watch your aim, dude!" [/color]

The female voice in his head rang a little clearer. [color=BB1100] "I'd highly suggest you make use of my power, sir. Outrunning these worms seems to be close to impossible." [/color]

Rex ignored it again as he runs on.

OoC: @Berk What car? The car the vault hunters arrived in? That's wrecked, they're on foot. Sorry if I didn't make that clear.

The vault hunters stumbled as the worm dove back into the ground, but kept running. The teenager eventually stopped for a second, growing tired. She raised her robot arm, and in a flash of light, a floating robot appeared out of nowhere. The teenager climbed on it's shoulder. "Mush!" The robot complied, flying forwards to rejoin the other vault hunters.

Bullet gritted her teeth as she aimed her left gauntlet at the first worm and fired the explosive fireball at it.

As a result, the aura around her decreased in luminosity

Corvo was somewhat glad his pistol shot had gone unnoticed. With a click and a whir the magnifying lense of his mask slid into place and he watched those who tried to fight them.
