Yukino wakes up in Royce's arms and scrambles out of his grip, blushing. Shaking off the embarrassing event, she proceeds to light the pile of corpses on fire with a single flaming slash of her sword.

"First of all, there is always an alternative, you just refused to find it. Second, being the last of my kind, I take killing my own very personally. Third, neither I nor that dragon was a malicious beast, and generally speaking, only idiots who have never bothered to find out about dragons believe that. So, when you throw around that accusation of acting foolish, you might want to look in the mirror."
Ryu addressed Balthier, again. "You mean like that soldier that ignores the injured and generally makes things worse? Or how about the woman who refuses to disarm when told to and mocks people for daring to ask her to do so? Or the brute who attacks everything head on?"

Bryce pulled his rifle, but hesitated. "Wait, didn't you just say something about how you couldn't blow me up?"

Black shook her head. "Not at all....she used to scare me....her cold eyes...kept making me felt I had done something wrong, so much so....that I used to...cry over it...." Black said to Ratsel, slightly stumbling to say the last part. "Although she continued to do that, I continued to be Yomi's friend.....I was happy....we had fun times out...shopping, going to the park..." Black cleared her throat slightly. "But....as time got on....we had a transfer student in our class.....I knew how hard it was to start out with no friends....so I starting speaking to her, what I didn't know is the Yomi hated the girl because she spoke to me....she hated me because to her....it felt like I was betraying her feelings......I didn't know....how she felt.."

The man slowly rides up to Bryce and Holly. He silently urges his donkey to halt in front of them. "Howdy. You own this?" he asks simply, gesturing mildly to the carrier. They might notice that his right hand was lingering close to his hip.

"No. I wasn't refering to any of them. There are good people amongst us. Of course, I could just tell you who they are, but I think you should find that out for yourself." Balthier answered Ryu.

OoC: Ohai, back from work. @all, So I've been thinking, should I wait to put Fenrich's plan into action, or do it now. Any opinions? Or does anyone even care?

"Fair enough..." he muttered, before aiming down the rifle scope, flicking on his night vision. "I'll pass on exploding, don't do well in them, from personal experience." he then looked over the guy. "Lets just say it was a change of power eh? Lord knows the original owners won't complain. Well, the immediate owners won't. Their dictator sure will."

Rozalin was wandering about the corridors of the Carrier aimlessly, seeming rather restless.

"No problem...What was your name again?" Royce asks as he looks all around, but not at the pile.

"The virus itself, I agree, is exactly what you said. The person it is bound to, on the other hand, is not. And those two I cannot stand either, as I have made perfectly clear on the day we first arived here. The princess, however, is more... how to put it. Nuanced." Balthier replied.
