Black woke up in her room, she got pretty quickly and walked out into the hallway.

Blondie glanced over and wondered if the plunger was active.

Black found a nice little spot to Sword practice.

Holly rolled over in her sleep, her hit down on the Plunger but nothing exploded. as it was not active.

Blondie just gave a satisfied nod.

Valvatorez and Fenrich made their way through the halls of the ship, eventually ending up where Royce was, outside of the cell

"Hm? What are you doing standing outside this cell, lad?"

Royce said he was standing guard.

Also, since I retconned them interacting with the prisoner last night...

Valvatorez looked inside the cell "Of her? Why is that lass in prison?"

Fenrich thought to himself Heh, fitting that they gave this guy the little girl guard duty.

Royce explained what he knew about the girl, which wasn't a whole lot.

Valvatorez hung his head when he heard of Balthier's death "Another fallen ally... I shall have to visit his resting place, what became of him?"

Fenrich couldn't help but smile a little once he heard Balthier had died, he turned away to try and hide it

Royce only shrugged.

Valvatorez sighed and began to leave when a thought struck him. Turning back to Royce he asked "When we first arrived, after the first battle, you started rounding up the wounded among the enemy. Why?"

Royce said he was going to tie them and heal them.

 

[Furioso]

Valvatorez stared at Royce for a few seconds before asking "You were going to heal them? Why would you do that? They were our enemies, they tried to kill us."

"Well...that's what you're suppose to do with prisoners..." Royce said to Val.

Valvatorez continued to stare at Royce, as if trying to peer into his mind "Is that the only reason you did it? Out of protocol?"

"Well...I'm not about to shoot someone who needs help..." Royce said, looking more nervous now.

 

[Furioso]

"But what if the enemy used the opportunity to strike you down? You would risk that just to give them help?" asked Valvatorez

"...I guess I would." Royce said.
