"That's a bit of a tale..." Majeh started. After a pause he continued.
"First, I died. When I went before the King of Hell to be judged, it was decided that I couldn't be judged. My martial arts skill were so great having exceeded the pinnacle of the art. As it was explained to me, a sin taken far enough, sort of becomes a virtue. And that prevents one from being judged." He explains.
"As a result, I was sent to the Moorim, a place for all such people."

"Well she should get used to it. Because there are only two types of people in this world. People who adapted to this world of danger and violence like my self and idiots. I made a toaster when I was four and killed my dog with it at seven. And than I sold that toaster to buy bread. They were dark times"

"In the end... My group was ambushed by resisting Ionian soldiers in misty fog battlefield, already littered by both sides bodies. They kept coming at us, and one-by-one my friends fell. There were only a few of us left as the Ionians surrounded us. We were going to die; the Ionians knew it, and I knew it. One way or another, it would be the end in some blaze but then...." Painful, painful memories shot up to my head as I tried explaining what happened. My speech started to stuttered as I saw the faces of both sides and....

"The H-h-h-high Command order a bioc-c-c-hemical toxin bombing in our area... It.. it... It killed everything... No dis-is-iscrimation between friend and foe... F-f-faces melted... bones d-d-deformed and... [sub]God.. I...[/sub]" I clutched my head, falling to my knees, reliving the event again.

Only the strong survive, she repeated... but that was meaningless here. Nobody would survive. By all rights, the Ionians should have won this fight, but they too would die. How did this follow the Noxian way?

As she fled the cursed valley, explosions rocked the ground around her. Soldiers on both sides were subjected to horrific, unspeakable deaths. Something changed in her then. The conviction with which she charged boldly to war had evaporated, and without it she was... lost.

The memory neared its conclusion. Though she?d relived it a thousand times over, Riven never understood why that day went the way it did. She didn?t know why Noxus depended on Zaun?s horrific techmaturgy instead of its own military. She didn?t know why she didn?t see the ambush coming. She didn?t know why she survived.

Aisha frowned. "If you're concerned about your nieces safety then perhaps you should learned about the place first before sending her. And secondly, she has made some friends with the group here. Taking her away won't teach any lesson now would it?"

Rozalin took in the scenery of the building as she followed after Royce. She sighed as she looked at the walls, the way they looked reminding her of the mansion she had resided in for most of her life and making her feel especially homesick. I can't go back there yet... She thought to herself. She sat down in the chair that Royce had pulled up for her and continued to idly gaze around. "Such a curious structure, I wonder who used to own it?" She pondered aloud.

Yukimaru began to seem confused. [color=01B7FF]Which one of them is right? If it is the fox, then that would make the sorceress an outright hypocrite. Then again, she can clearly leave, and if she doesn't want her niece here, why leave her?[/color] She silently shook her head.

"It seemed like I nice enough place the last time I checked, which was before these...otherworldly beings started showing up. Not that I blame you all, of course." Nem said, not really sounding sincere. "And no, I don't think I'll take her away any time soon. Not unless it is really necessary." she added. She just gave a pointed glare to Arch.

"Oh, well...I'm not sure. I mean, I don't know." Royce said, stopping in his tracks and seeming to switch what he was going to say.

"By the way that would make you an idiot." He said twirling his gun

Yukino leans in a bit and nods, listening intently to Majeh's story.

Rex just crouches down to try to look Riven in the face. [color=008888] "So you were going to die in that ambush, then that bombing happened to kill everyone around you. That's... I'm not sure what to say... The very country you believed in turned its back on you....." [/color] He turns away at a loss for words.

"I suppose it doesn't really matter now. With all the havoc that has been wreaked shortly after our arrival, they are probably dead." Rozalin offhandedly replied, sighing at her own words. "I apologize. I didn't mean to interrupt. What were you about to say before?" She asked, equal parts curious and eager to change the subject.

Yukimaru found herself subconsciously nodding in agreement with Archimedes. Then a shudder ran through her body as she realized who she was agreeing with.

"Within the Moorim, I was only just arriving, when I was attacked by several of the souls present. Each one a skilled warrior. Each one more dangerous than any foe you have yet faced. Over 50 in total." Majeh continues.
"I defeated them all." He spoke, not particularly proud or boastful. This was merely a fact. Nothing more.
"When the King of Hell learned this he declared an emergency meeting to deal with the situation."

"Well...I was just saying, we learned some things about how this city works, and some stuff about the government and military, but nothing we could really use unfortunately." Royce said as he rubbed his hands together.

"Well thanks ever so much for your opinion." Nem said to Arch with a thin veil of sincerity over a rising sense of spite.

"Then why bother complaining about this world being dangerous? A perfect world would have done no lesson for your niece. And an absolute shit world would lead you to taking her away unless you wanted her killed. So tell me, why bother complaining about it when you can do so right then? You are perfectly able to do so at a whim, regardless of her feelings." Aisha questioned.

I darkly chuckled at Rex's words, keeping my eyes hidden behind my bangs. My eyes were at their breaking point for tears, but... I swore never to release that emotion. I couldn't. I shouldn't. It's weak... It's what I've been taught. "I'm already considered dead by Noxus. They don't care about me. That's why I shattered my sword, their gift bestowed to me... I... I'm lost. And it's all because of that one man... That one man Singed. Noxus lost what it once had in glory. We would spread our warrior culture to the other nations to help them... But instead what we did was extermination!"

"Rex... You are second people to know of this, besides Aisha... I... I'm lost. I don't know what I fight for anymore. The League is no better... but I need to eat, to live. I'm no thieve and all I know is fighting... I'm just... Hopelessly lost."

OoC: Night. @Salt: Have Yukino listen to the rest of Majeh's backstory. I've got to get to sleep now.

Rex gives Riven a simple smile before walking away. [color=008888] "Then we'll find you a reason to use your sword. Not a reason passed down to you by another. Your reason to wield your sword proudly. Now then... I've got something I need to do. Later, Riven." [/color] Afterword, he fades into the depths of the city.

"So very confrontational." Nem said to Aisha before she looked directly at her. Her normally attractive, sharp features would now look quite fearsome. "Listen you." she said with a slight hiss of anger. "I was simply trying to make polite conversation. I do not have to justify myself to you or anyone else here. So goodnight to you."

She was clearly about to leave when Arch shot at her. His bullet passed through her harmlessly, as if she were made of nothing but smoke. She simply squinted at him for a moment, frowning deeply. "I would avoid sleeping for some time if I were you. Blinking as well. You never know what sort of things can happen when you are vulnerable." she said darkly before disappearing in a small explosion of purplish smoke.

"It seems they decided I could not be left within the Moorim. So, they removed me, but they also placed something else on me. The Golden mark of Superhuman Strength Sealing. This reduced my strength. Not only that, it also turned me into a child, further reducing my strength. And it even affects me in a mortal body." Majeh explained.
"I was made an Envoy to keep an eye on me. And as long, as I fulfilled my duties, the King of Hell promised not to ask anything of me. You can see how well that worked out."
He stands up. "Anyway, I'm going to bed."

Rozalin sighed and leaned forward, resting her chin in a cradle made by pressing her hands together at the wrists as she rested her elbows on her knees. "Another setback. It's been over a month and I hardly feel like I am any closer to getting back home...to finally seeing my father." Sitting back up, she stretched a bit. "I apologize yet again. I am certain you do not wish to hear me blather on about my own woes....What do you intend to do, should you ever make it back to your home?" She found herself idly asking Royce.

"See if you weren't made of smoke you would have died. You should prevent things like that for your daughter. By teaching her about combat and technology"

Aisha just smiled at Nemesis before saying. "So am I... But you're anger and emotions told me so much more. Goodnight to you as well~<3" she said before walking over to Echo and Holly, and placed a blanket over them.

I just shivered there for a few moments before standing back up, emotionally drained of thought. Twice I confessed today, once to Aisha and once to Rex.

... And still nothing. Wandering aimlessly, I went back inside the apartment as Aisha spotted me. "Sooo... Confessed again, eh?"

"Yeah..."

"So how does it feel?"

"Not any better." Aisha sighed. "Come! Let us to bed like comrades." We both went to a place to sleep and....

Royce seemed to grow even paler than he already was, and new beads of sweat appeared on his forehead. "[sub]...I'd just like things to go back to the way they were...before the war...[/sub]" he said in a hushed tone. "M-maybe you should leave and come back another time." he said before standing up and walking off.

As Roz left, Blondie would as for her to not tell anyone how to get to his place.

Echo was asleep on the couch with Holly.
