"Very well then." Rozalin replied as she got up and left. She nodded to Blondie and told him she would keep it to herself. She took flight, finding it to be quicker than walking, and flew back to the apartments. I wonder, why all the secrecy? And why split off from the rest of us? She pondered to herself as she flew through the brisk night air.

Yukimaru sighed and shook her head at Archie. [color=01B7FF]"Trying to prove a point doesn't warrant firing a weapon at someone, zam. If you keep doing that, you might find yourself in trouble someday, zam."[/color] She replied, then wandered off to find a place to sleep, worn out from the day's events.

Rozalin gingerly landed on the roof of the apartments. The air sent a chill down her spine, so she hustled back into the building. Once inside, she found an unoccupied bedroom and claimed it as her own, then quickly fell asleep.

Bryce pulled himself up and looked about, before heading down to the ruined inn. "What's going on? Did we attack yet?"
"Oh yeah, the iron legion, I think they called themselves. Weird gear, very steampunkish. You fight any of 'em?"
Bryce shrugged. "Maybe a war is what this place needs. These people have lived so long in peace that they've sacrificed a lot of their weaker citizens to keep it that way. Are these guys expressly evil or something?" Bryce's face goes a bit harder. "Or are you just asking because you want to rule yourself?"
Valvatorez shook his head again "War is never something a place needs. Battles should be fought on a personal basis, not through the use of an unruly mob that will only end up slaughtering innocents." Valvatorez looked down slightly as he said the last part. "Furthermore, I would never take a position of rule. I fully intend to deconstruct this planets governmental system and replace it with a far superior one, but I will not become its leader."

"Well that's all well and good if both sides are willing to fight personally, but I'd say the locals have proven that they rely on mobs. And while its all well and good, your fighting ideas, it probably won't stand up well to armored divisions." Bryce nodded. "Still, good to hear we won't be replacing one despot for another."
Black wondered outside. How much longer will it take....for destruction to take this world as well.... She thought to herself, as she lent against a wall.

Valvatorez looked a little confused "Pre industrial? Not really. I've lived for thousands of years, long before the humans industrialized, but demons in the Netherworld don't use tanks for combat, but we do have machines and the like. Combat is a much more personal affair though."
