"Indeed. And even if you were willing to pay such audacious amounts of money, I assume that it would take quite some time before the material is delivered. And time may be a luxury we don't have." Balthier replied, then crossed his arms as he thought. "I am afraid I'm at a loss."
He groaned when Ze Captain began spouting nonsense once more.

 

[CmmdrRosh99]

Bullet coughed slightly with indifference. "My face is up here. And pleased to meet you."

 

[Slenn]

Edgar shrugged off the yell by Ze Captain. He then got a call from his Chief Engineer on his radio.

"This is Edgar, go ahead."

"Your highness. We have a serious problem. Take a look at the guards."

Edgar took a gander in the distance.

"What in the blazes is going on?"

He then got a report from the Engineer Gilliam through the radio.
"Sir, our seismographs are reporting aggressive movements inside the castle."

"Keep tracking it! Engage the men and locate where the devil that thing is going! Something is playing with us, and I want to find out what. Find it and kill it."

OOC: @Nile. The seismographs were built a few days ago, just to let you know.

OoC: @Bullet: Pleased? Really? I think most people would have walked off or ignored such an asshole action. Perhaps they would have slapped him. But to say pleased to meet you...
@Furi: I'd rather not tell you. If you look it up, you'll know his abilities that I have been hiding to reveal for a big moment.

"Huh oh yeah. And it's very nice to meet you and... What's up with the gauntlets" Rincewind easily showed that he was quite afraid of things

Rex sways a bit as he tries making it to his room to sleep. Seeing the thing barge into the castle, he stumbles behind the cover of a fallen pillar and tries to quiet his breathing.

"Trouble?" Balthier asked Edgar as he drew his rifle.

@Saltyk: "I could care less about my breasts or how big they are. If anything, they are tactically useless bags of fat... Unless said opponent is a perv."

Bullet rolled her eyes at the Floater. "Lunging at my face and trying to eat it isn't the best first impression."

"These things?" Bullet raised her gauntlets alittle. "Increases speed, power and I can through fireballs at people."

OOC @Slenn: I remember but this should make it a bit more interesting.

The air rippled as the thing dodged to the left in order to avoid Ryu's attack after hearing him run up behind it. As it turned to face Ryu, a purple light began forming round it's hand reflecting off the shiny surface of it's camouflaged form before forming into a ball and being launched at him.

"Uh huh I'll just be over there. Where it is safe and there isn't fire balls"Rincewind hide behind his walking chest

Seeing the ball of energy, Ryu held up his left hand and formed a protective barrier to absorb the impact. "Two can play that."
He then slashes his sword unleashing a fire ball at his target.

OoC: Ryu's sword has a fire element. Hence it can execute fire elemental magic and such. I'm also saying that this only works in Ryu's hands because of his blood line. To anyone else, the sword is merely a really good quality blade.

 

[Whodat]

On top of the roof, Ze Captain removes his mug from her bloody coat pocket. Scrapping away some of the flecks of blood, she also removes his trusty bendy straw. While waiting for something interesting to happen, he tried to master the art of drinking backwards. He stays the for the remainder of the night.

OoC: @All This is what he is doing. I'm also going to leave to play some Painkiller, see you all tomorrow!

"Whatever it is, it's headed into the castle." Edgar said to Balthier. "And judging from the sounds of combat, I'd say someone has engaged it."

Edgar drew his Auto-Crossbow and ran for the castle. He pulled out his radio while doing so.

"Chief, if you can hear this, and if the guards are out for now, this site is now on full alert. Have everyone armed at once. If this is a ploy, we have to be sure."

The Chief had the men, through the radio, arm themselves with their wrenches and whatever tools they could use as weapons. Some of them were able to locate some shotguns and swords leftover from the knocked out guards.

 

[CmmdrRosh99]

"Ok then." Bullet shrugged at Rincewind. Getting rather bored, she started walking around the castle, noticing some of the guards on edge. Then she started hearing fireballs cracking outside (Assuming the fireballs are being cast outside)

Grinning alittle for some fight, she started making her way towards the sounds.

 

[Chungus]

"Then I had best follow suit. What kind of leading man would allow another to take the stage?" Balthier said mostly to himself as he made a dash towards the sound of battle.

She also removes his trusty bendy straw.

The ball of energy collided with Ryu's before causing a explosion with the force to topple an elephant. The thing saw Ryu throw the fireball and proceeded to run for and up the wall and flip over it into a crouch. As the thing flipped it's camo flickered and rippled before completely disappearing. As the figure stood it revealed a slender feminine figure incased from head to toe in purple futuristic armour. The woman's armour then began glowing purple in places as she began hovering slightly above ground and a further two balls of light appeared in her hand. She proceeded to try and curve those balls around Ryo's barrier.
