Black turned around. "Go on?" She asked Yukino.

White seemed annoyed but smiled and chuckled light heartily. "Of course I can't silly!" She said to Aoko, then put her hand out. "Name's Mato by the way..."

Yuki sighed a bit. [color=bb66bb] "I think I found your evil clone. Bad news is she's in a extremely heavily guarded city. I might be able to get in to fight her, but unless you've got some sort of cloak and can draw her out of the city, I don't think you'll be able to touch her." [/color]

Aoko smiled a small bit, reaching out her hand toward White's. "I'm Aoko. It's a pleasure... Mato..."

 

[HatchyHatch14]

"Charmed" White replied, then let go of Aoko's hand. "If your lease excuse me Miss Aoko, I have some business to attend to, until then" White said, then left and walked to her hotel room for the night. The drone seemed to hover away as well, but no following White.

"I see this is rather annoying" Black replied with a sigh. "At least knowing where she is a good start..." She said to Yukino.

Aoko looked up at the drone with an eyebrow raised before turning and walking around. Eventually, she found a small corner to sleep in in an alleyway.

Yuki nodded toward Black. [color=bb66bb] "If I can manage to draw her out... I'll leave it to you to finish it." [/color]

"I'm fine...I'm fine...just a little nerve-wracking, this work can be at times...I'll be fine..." Jessica telepathically replied to Ness. She looked over the boats in the area of the harbor between where Loki and Rita were looking. Since Rita had all the luck in finding the boat they were looking for, Jessica returned to the point where the three of them had arrived at the harbor and waited to regroup with the others.

"I can understand the people you're talking to being somewhat annoying in their persistence, but do they really piss you off that much? ...Try your best to overcome it." Ness asked as she stepped outside, fiddling with her PDA. Since she had teleported back to Fourside, she sighed as she noted the lazy guards

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica sat down on one of the posts at the end of the dock as she waited to minimize the chance of getting bumped into and to get off her feet. "It's less them being annoying and more...worrying about whether what we're doing will even work at all....But you're right. I just have to overcome it and keep going."

 

[Furioso]

Rita walked over to where Jessica was, not saying anything at the moment.

"Well, what have you been trying to tell them to get everything to work?" Ness telegraphed as she continued strolling along the streets.

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica nodded to Rita in acknowledgement of her approach. "You find anything? I couldn't find jack squat. Kinda odd, seeing as how this Skippy guy was so easy to find the last two times I was here." She rested one of her elbows on her knee, then rested her chin in the palm of her stabled hand. "Ugh...I can't even remember anymore...I doubt any of them would either..." She telepathically replied to Ness.

 

[Furioso]

"Yes actually, found the guy's boat over that way." said Rita pointing over to where she had found Skippy's boat.

 

[DotSlash]

"...You can't remember something that's been keeping you pissed off? ...Then why would you be angry?" Ness telegraphed as she was playing some sort of endless shooter, pixels exploding on her screen.

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica glanced over at the direction Rita was pointing in vain, due to other boats sitting in the way of her view. She decided to just take Rita's word instead of getting up. "Great. Now all we have to do is wait for Loki to get back so we can let him know and figure out what to do." She replied to Rita with a nod. She gave Ness another mental reply, "I didn't say I was angry...when did I ever say I was angry?...I'm just worried is all..."

 

[Furioso]

"Yup...So... what's with your arm? I noticed it was mechanical when you hit Ine." asked Rita curiously.

 

[DotSlash]

"Hmm...? Ah, I just assumed you were angry when you said that work was nerve-racking... my apologies. Hopefully, things will work out. Good luck. I'm going off to sleep. Goodnight Jess." Ness telegraphed before walking back into the hotel and falling asleep.

OoC: Turning in a little early. Night.

"Huh? How do you figure that?" Jessica stood back up straight and started rubbing at her right sleeve with her left hand. She looked down at her sleeves and checked to make sure that they were rolled down all the way and properly obscuring her arm.
"Not angry, just...nervous...and a little uneasy...it's alright...I'm sure things will work out if I keep on track....Thanks Vanessa. Goodnight."

 

[Furioso]

"Well the damage was pretty substantial and looked like it was caused by something much harder than a normal hand, plus you checking your arm right there kinda confirms it, unless it's something that never crossed my mind." responded Rita, a bit confused as to why Jessica was acting nervous now.

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica sighed as Rita brought up images in her head that she was trying to not think about. Satisfied that her arm was still concealed, she went back to resting her chin in her hand. "Alright, fine. Yeah, my right is mechanical. What of it?" She replied to Rita, sounding irritable and borderline confrontational.

 

[Furioso]

Rita raised an eyebrow at Jessica's sudden tonal shift. "What? Nothing, I just thought it was interesting. Technology like that doesn't exist where I'm from. Well, I have actually seen one or two people with artificial arms back home, but they were just crudely combining metal and magic to make themselves more dangerous, nothing close to the level of sophistication your arm seems to have."

 

[Drakmorg]

"I suppose it's pretty sophisticated. It works just as well as a normal arm would. Plus it's practically unbreakable. It's heavy as sin though. And I really wish I didn't need it." Jessica replied to Rita, sounding somewhat less irritated. "I can't imagine why anyone in their right mind would ever willingly have their own limbs replaced though."
