So that's why she was so heavy... thought Rita.
"I take it you didn't have your arm replaced willingly then. If that's the case, at least you have something arguably better than a normal arm instead of no arm at all."

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica flexed her right shoulder a bit. "'Arguably better'. Yeah that sounds about right. I agree with you there, it's better than no arm at all. But still, there are just some things you can't completely replace, you know?" She said to Rita, sighing a bit.

 

[Furioso]

Rita thought for a moment "Perhaps... though in time technology where you're from might advance to the point where that arm will seem equal to the other arm in every way."

 

[Drakmorg]

"They could make an arm exactly like an organic one in every possible way, and it still wouldn't really be the same." Jessica replied to Rita, lowering her head shaking it slightly. Looking back up, she started looking around past Rita. "Where's Loki already? He sure is taking his sweet time."

 

[Furioso]

That's stupid... it's just an arm. thought Rita.
"Not sure, he might have found something pertaining to another one of our goals, but who knows."

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica sat herself back up straight. "Possibly. It'd be really helpful if that happened to be the case. Things haven't exactly been going our way lately. Would be nice if they started now."

 

[Furioso]

"Yea, but then again I never expected everything to go perfectly either. As long as we don't do something stupid enough to get us all caught we should be fine."

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica turned her head and looked off at the ocean, going back to leaning over and resting her chin in her left palm. "Yeah yeah, I get it. I'll shape up from here on out."

 

[Furioso]

Rita crossed her arms. "Well I didn't even say anything about that, but yea, be more careful. Just try to keep a level head about everything."

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica glanced back at Rita for a moment. "I'm not really sure if anything I've done hasn't been level headed, but alright, I'll keep that in mind." She went back to staring at the sea again after she finished speaking.

 

[Furioso]

Rita shrugged, though Jessica wouldn't have seen it. "Alright, back to waiting for Loki then."

OoC: Off to bed, Rita will follow the group, etc etc

Rita was waiting around at the rendezvous point.

 

[Chungus]

After a good while of reaching, Loki returned to the rendezvous point and walked over to where Rita and Jessica were waiting.

Jessica glanced back down the dock and noticed Loki approaching. She waved her hand to catch his attention, mostly out of reflex. She stood herself back up and waiting for him to get close and state what he had found, if he had managed to find anything.

 

[Furioso]

Rita walked up to Loki and Jessica "So I found the guys boat, the "Journey" right? It's over there." said Rita, pointing back towards the boat.

 

[Chungus]

"Why did you not tell me this sooner? It would have saved me a great deal of trouble... Fourty-three boats, I inspected, taking time that could have been spent better." Loki said to Rita, then sighed. "Either way, let us see if the boatman is present then." Having said that, Loki walked over to where Rita had pointed, avoiding any passers by on the way. Spotting the Journey, he jumped from the dock onto the deck of the ship, and walked towards the cabin, looking through the window.

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica wordlessly followed after Loki as he made his way to the Journey, occasionally teleporting around to avoid bumping into people more easily. Once on the boat, she started looking around for Skippy as well, starting in the areas where Loki was not already currently checking.

 

[Furioso]

Had Rita not been mind controlled she would not have taken kindly to Loki's first statement, but since she was she simply shrugged it off and followed Loki.

 

[Chungus]

Jessica would find Skyppy below deck, in what would be the ship equivalent of the living room. He sat at a table next to the portside window, reading a book.

Not finding Skippy above deck, he went after Jessica.

 

[Furioso]

Rita followed Loki and Jessica, saying "Alright, so what's the plan."
