"I don't know how much I can tell you... This is the largest lab in Fourside. Many of the experiments that go on here affect the state of the country. Or kill lab personnel... I'm afriad I can't give you any specifics, though." The woman replied.

Ness chuckled a bit at Xyleena's response, and then remembered Marcus' bit brash way of speaking and Xyleena calling him 'nice'. "Could you tell me a little more about Marcus and Lyra? ...And what do you mean by 'Long Fang'?" I've never heard her designate herself as such...
Okay then...Feel free to try... Echo said, a bit wary of the stranger wanting to root around in her brain.

"Huh. Maybe I'll check it out. Thanks!" Noel smirked again as she exited the store. Getting alittle bit away, her face resumed stoicism. Maybe we have a few good poker players... she started to make her way back to the group.

Marco led Loki to a room with a female beastkin. She looked larger human except for two rabbit ears on her head, and likely a tail hidden in her clothes. She had red hair and blue eyes. She looked at them with little but contempt.
"This is... 'Jasmine'. She's new."
"Bastard. You said you were interested in my sculpture." 'Jasmine' snapped.
"Who would be interested in that scrap?"

"Marcus is my best buddy! He likes being near me, when everyone else is scared of me. He says 'doesn't matter what my people do, what matters is you keep your bloody voice down.' He has very sensitive ears, he says! And Lyra, well. Lyra is a bit sad. Her boyfriend tried to join up the other, bad clans, and she had to stop him the bad way, in the middle of the clan meeting. Marcus and I thought she went crazy, so we ran away. But usually she's quite nice, not scared of me like some of the others. And Long Fang is clan leader! Its supposed to mean you're the one who bites hardest! I think, anyway." She looked like she wanted to continue, but Marcus cleared his throat from behind her, and squatted next to her. "She hasn't been saying bad things about us, has she? Quite naive, she is."
