Ness scratches her head for a moment. "Could we see a menu?"

"That pisses me off, there's gotta be something we can do..." said Rita, pondering

Echo continues to wait with and nods at Ness' request, trying to indicate she wanted a menu as well.

 

[Saltyk]

"Oh. I see. I wonder what she could be looking for..." Savranth said. "Did you say you think she has a artifact?"

"But of course." The woman says giving them both menus.

The menus have various, beef, chicken, pork and vegetable options for them to choose from.

"Not much that can be done." Geo said. Looking at Loki, he replied, "Like I said, various ailments such as nausea and hair loss."

Echo looked at the menu for a bit. After some time, she made her choice and pointed it out to Ness.

Jessica stepped out a portal in Holadino, in the same indiscreet spot she had chosen before to leave. She now wore a polished grey bracelet on her left wrist. Well that was mortifying. At least they OK'd some of my equipment requests though, finally. So I suppose it wasn't all bad. Taking out her camera, she examined her map once again. After taking a moment to examine her map, she put it back in her pocket, then headed out of Holadino in the direction of the river she noticed on her map.

 

[Furioso]

"That's it? Not much can be done? So you're just gonna keep working in there, and lose that hair your so proud of?"

@Dot you see my character talking to Yukino?

 

[Slenn]

"She has one of the possible artifacts. Remember when I said that the museum redirected me to the laboratories in Fourside? It's because Lucia was researching the energy output from the artifact that was not on display. The museum is desperate to get it back."

 

[Chungus]

"And you said it was not due to gas escaping from the rock..." Loki remarked, then thought for a moment. "How odd indeed."

"Excuse me, Felina. We're ready to order." Ness points out both her order and Echo's.

Yukino gives Marcus a slight head tilt. He'd notice her eyes were glowing an unusual blue as she approached. [color=bb66bb] "Nothing you need to worry about." [/color] She says with a cold tone.

Tao stood up and yawned. She then bounded over to Marcus and Yukino. "Hi there! Hmm...Has Tao met you before, meow?" she asked Yukino as she looked at her.

 

[Saltyk]

"Well... It may be wise to keep that detector in mind..." Savranth suggested.

"What will you two be having?" Felina asked.

Jessica's trip would be a long one. There was little along the path, but off in the distance she could see a lone mountain.

"Well... If I had to take a guess it sounds like some sort of radiation, but I know of no source. And I was avoiding the detail in that area..." Geo responds.

 

[FPSfanatic]

"I'd bloody well say so, ya loonie. You can't be walking around with all that blood on ya, and expect no one to notice." he said, unzipping his jacket. Yukino might notice the jacket sagging in various spots, as if hiding something. "Now, how about we get away from all the nice sane people and clean you up, eh?"

 

[Slenn]

"Yes it will be. I'm sure we'll come across Lucia sometime in the future. Maybe soon, perhaps." He paused a bit. "What's in this town? I see the so called 'beast-kin' working away. Is this where the Legaians get most of their produce and meat?"

 

[Chungus]

"Perhaps we ought inquire about this further to he who is in charge of this place. Surely we knows more about this occurance." Loki suggested, addressing no one in paticular.

 

[Drakmorg]

Jessica, having little else to pay attention to, observed the lone mountain off in the distance as she continued trekking towards the river.

 

[Saltyk]

"Yes... It seems to be. Seems fairly quaint." Savranth says to Dal'Sheen.

"I don't know. You might find something out if you talk to someone else." Geo said.

 

[Slenn]

"I heard at some point that the Legaians don't think too highly of the beastkin. Do you.... know why that might be?" He asked, purely out of curiosity.

Ness smiles a bit toward Felina. "I'll just have a salad and a drink. Echo will have..." She then points to Echo's order on the menu. "She's a bit shy.."

Yukino looks over at Tao and shrugs. [color=bb66bb] "Yes, we've met before. In the chat group and all that." [/color] Turning to Marcus, she notes his saggy jacket and then nods, giving him a smile. [color=bb66bb] "That sounds nice." [/color] She then appears to be walking toward him as she sends out a clone, just as bloody as she was. The real Yukino cloaks herself and starts to walk off toward the river, hearing the faint sound of the water rushing from where she was.
