OoC: @Furi: These are highly ranked people. And well, highly ranked Legaians have powerful equipment and such. Idula can shoot down ships. And you haven't even met the Legaian equivalent of Ardimas. Not to mention the recent addition of mechs with flight.

In my opinion, Legaia makes up for it with better equipped standard soldiers, and their tech is on the whole stuff that borders on magic. Bellerophon will show some skill with his spear, not to mention he's twice as fast and strong as a normal person, so he can practically move like Spiderman. So on and so forth.

Ness lazily waves toward Kyosuke as he goes to sleep. She quickly pulls out Four's book and starts to read as she lays herself out on the couch. Energy distribution is a problem with full spectrum... I wonder how that could be fixed...? She eventually drifts off to sleep.

OoC: @Salty, well, I still feel really cheated there. Envy had the perfect element of surprise, and could barely scratch her. What this tells me is that neither of my characters will be able to hold a candle to really anyone with a name on either side. Really just getting a sense that my characters are woefully underpowered for this thread now.

OoC: Envy following the 2 onto the ship has been retconned

After getting out of the grave Estella put him in, Envy could not find them, too much time had passed and it took him a while to climb out of the tomb. He turned into a hawk and headed into Fourside.

Rita went to sleep in the hotel room

Rita was in the lobby of the hotel writing in her book

Envy was walking the streets of Fourside, appearing to be an unremarkable citizen

Noel and Charlotte exited their hotel room and locked it as they decided to wander around the Granite Pass.

Kyosuke exited the hotel room to take another smoke.

Rita was still where she was

Envy continued to walk around, he was looking for an isolated guard

Loki left the room he and Rita stayed at and joined her in the lobby. "That whole excursion was largely a waste of time, was it not?" he asked her, refering to the matter of Lucia.

Aside from the several alleyways, there were next to none isolated areas to be found in Fourside, the streets and squares being as busy as ever.

Noel and Charlotte would find Granite Pass in heavy disaray. Outside of the military outpost there, the soldiers were retrieving the bodies of their fallen comrades. Above the compaund, the five drones still circled, waiting for the first sign of the Covenant Elite.

The miners had retreated to the quary office.

Jessica got up and left her room at the hotel in Holadino for what she expected to be the last time. She made her way over to Felina's home at the edge of the farming village so that they could depart together and make their way towards Fourside.

 

[Random berk]

Cynane sat beside her cart where her belongings were set up, whistling to herself as she worked on her alchemy, grinding up ingredients and adding thm to her strange concoctions.

In the back of the cart, Jona was tossing and turning in his sleep again, in the grip of another nightmare.

Noel's helmet visor popped out as she looked at the drones. Seeing as they were, she hmmm. She and Charlotte decided to walk over to one of the soldiers see what was going on.

Kyosuke continued to smoke.

The elite turned to look at the paramedics, and had its hands raised.
(To the paramedics: I have taken control over the alien here. He will not attack. Please, the trooper here needs medical attention now!)

Envy continued to look, he didn't mind the civilians, he was just looking for a single guard with no backup in sight.

OoC: @Nail, I would assume that Fourside has empty alleyways correct?

With the exception being the areas around the airship docks and Lucia's lab, Envy would find no lone soldiers imediately.

Jessica would find the shed at the back of Felina's home unlocked, the doors opened.

As one of the ambulances left with the wounded soldiers, the paramedics that came in the second ambulances rush towards Rookie, moving a gurney. Like those that came before them, they were heavily wierded out by a voice speaking directly to their minds, but did their best not to think on it too much.

"For your own safety, please leave. This place is under siege." one of the soldiers answered Charlotte.

Noel looked around as did Charlotte. "Pardon me for my curiosity, but under siege of what?"

The Rookie woke up, and shakily took out his pistol. He aimed at the elite, and shot a bullet through its head. The elite dropped to the ground and the Rookie collapsed again, dropping his pistol.
