The Rookie slowly woke up, and saw several people through the window of the pod. He groaned, then grabbed his SMG and readied the explosive bolts that would blow the hatch off.

"Agreed, but not when you think its a timed bomb. That's just stupid." replied Rita to Ness

 

[Saltyk]

Savranth took a moment to look over the pod. "What is this? Some sort of Legaian technology? How did it get out of the atmosphere? That should be impossible."

OoC: @Tribly: Agreed. I just felt like pointing it out is all.

"Yes?" Charlotte said to Tao, attempting to keep her anger down. She glanced down at her own chest for a moment, then back at Tao.

Noel looked at the pod as some movement started inside the pod. "I think there is somebody inside there."

 

[FPSfanatic]

Lyra moved a bit farther back, tapping at her bracer. She quickly launched 4 of her skull turrets, which began hovering over the pod. She also projected her voice through her mask so that it would echo inside of the drop pod. "If you're a living being, I suggest going for the more low key exit from the pod. I don't think anybody is in the mood for big entrances. If you're a bomb or some inanimate being just intent on killing us, forget I said anything."

 

[Slenn]

Dal'Sheen took out his journal from his satchel. He took off his helmet and goggles and leaned up against the wall. He began writing for a while to record what he's been observing.
That Loki fellow certainly looks like he has ambitions in this world. I am certain they are questionable.

OOC: He'll go back to the Barracks if anything to rest up. I'm going to take a break for a while.

Ness shrugs slightly, overhearing Noel. "True, but it seems that second hunch of mine was incorrect. Now let's see who it is within this pod." She responds to Rita as she takes a few steps back, but doesn't exit the crater just yet.

"Meow?" Tao said to Charlot as she tilted her head a bit.

 

[Furioso]

Rita nodded at Ness and waited for the pod

 

[Kirke]

The Rookie pressed the button to open the hatch. However, the only effect was a negative beep. He sighed, then knocked a couple of times on the hatch, trying to get those outside to stand back.

"...[sub]Strange cat thing.[/sub]" Charlotte got up and decided to walk over to the barracks to sleep for awhile.

Noel 'hmm' at Ness's statement before suddenly feeling tired.

"I'm... going back to the base to rest." With that, she did.

OoC: I'm getting off for awhile too.

 

[Saltyk]

Savranth looked at the pod, not sure what to make of it. His hand briefly hovered near the pistol on his left hip, but he moved it away. He had no use for Legaian technology.

 

[FPSfanatic]

Lyra looked through the windows, and saw the fist pounding. "Hang on, I think a guy is trapped in there. Anybody have a crowbar so we can pull him out?" She asked everyone nearby as she moved closer, holstering her rifle at the long delay over its hatch opening.

Rita continued to watch, she was a pretty safe distance away as it was

Steiner went over to the pod and heard Rookie's tapping "Don't worry I'll be able to tear through this door" He said started to hit the hatch with his sword

Tao followed after Charlot...and slept on the same bed/cot as her.

Echo nervously twitched as she waited for the situation to unfold more-so.

Ness simply stood back and watched. A malfunction? That may not end well...

 

[Kirke]

Steiner would have little success, as the hatch was made from reinforced titainium. The Rookie banged once more, and motioned for them to back off.

 

[Chungus]

OoC: I assume Trilby buggered off again.

After looking at the unresponsive Adam, Loki turned back to the Legaian soldier. "Now, I need to do something. Fear not, this shan't hurt." he remarked, then placed the tip of the blade of the scepter on the Legaian's chest. Once again, the gem glowed with a vivid blue light, and unlike last time, a the blue glow streamed out of the gem, into the soldier. For a moment, the Legain's eyes became a pure black before going back to normal. Or they looked normal, yet his irises were a brighter colour then they were before. While the Legaian's personality remained the same, he would now follow orders from Loki.

So. It does work. But that raises the quesion, why did it not before. Drawing the scepter back, Loki asked, "Tell me. Do you not feel liberated?"

"Yes, my lord. How may I serve you?" The soldier asked.
