He looks over to Rex. "That's quite a drive. Why go there? I doubt they could learn anything there that they couldn't learn from Tiberius."

Marston shrugged a bit at Sev. "You've got a lot of friends lurking in these woods, Rex." he said as he removed the rabbits from the fire, sounding slightly suspicious.

If Savranth, Rex, John, etc, looked up they would see Envy on a tree branch, idly listening in

"From what Jessica said, none of the ghosts there knows they are dead. They certainly can't tell them anything about what led up to the events of that day..." Savranth said, not dropping his arm or his shield. He wasn't about to drop his guard around a man who brandished a gun just because someone new showed up. He didn't see Envy as he was more worried about the obvious lunatic in front of him.

"What's that?" The receptionist asked.

Rex shrugs toward John. "This dude... just ... shows. up. I can't help it." With his focus on Sav and John, Rex didn't notice Envy.

With Sav's comment, Rex facepalms. "Fan-fucking-tastic. ...Ok... How about we find out about the lead-up from this Tiberius guy, then piece together whatever Ness and that crew find out over there once they come back?"

"Sounds like a plan." Savranth says. Noticing John put his gun away he drops his arm.

However, upon hearing Envy he turns to look up to him. "Who's there?"

"A beastkin?" The receptionist says with a surprised expression. "I guess that isn't a surprise. But why are you telling me this? Aren't you a beastkin?"

Rex looks up toward Envy and sighs. "Another dude that just shows up..." He squints for a moment. "...Are you a guy... or a girl...? I can't tell and it's freakin' me out..."

"More folks who 'just show up?'" Marston asked as he looked at Envy, but let his gun stay where it was.

Tao continued to sleep.

Jessica stared at Ness for several moments. She sighed and took a few deep breaths, calming herself down slightly. "How do you know that for certain? How do you know she isn't just putting on some act to get people's trust so they'll stick up for her when she, well, does shit like crashing an aircraft near a crowded city? Because I sure don't know that. Give me some proof that she's not just some psychopath trying to play everyone with the whole 'innocent kitten' act, and I'll just drop this whole thing, right here, right now."
She rolled her eyes at Tedd and replied, sounding quite sarcastic, without looking at him, "Oh yeah, silly me. Sorry for taking you calling my people destructive as an insult."

"Forgotten me already Savvy? I'm hurt." said Envy, before grimacing at Rex for a moment before smiling and saying "I know I know, men aren't usually as attractive as I am, so people sometimes have trouble telling..." with that Envy dropped to the ground, where his feet promptly sunk a good distance into the ground "Son of a..." said Envy as he pulled his feet out

He turned to leave, but stopped in the doorway.

Tedd looked at Jessica, "You've advanced enough to ask question, build stuff, create, create a complex society and such. Also: You're probably several eons more evolved then cats, Who fail to get basic concepts like Education, Death, and creating, and after all, if I say apes are stinky idiots who can't tell their ass from their head and like destroying things, would that be insulting humanity?" he said.
