Envy would be stooped at the door. "State your business."

"You are in an unauthorized area... What's more it is a time of war..." Tiberius replied.

Ness simply sighed a bit before looking toward Marston and Data. "Thank you for the offers... but I need to wrap my head around this."

Multiple guests begin to enter the dining room. Paprika follows. "Please enjoy the meal, everyone."

"Don't rush, but don't take too lone either." Marston warned Ness, then fell silent. He thanked Paprika.

"Um...What do you need Tao to do, meow?" Tao asked in response.

 

[Furioso]

Envy flashed his card "I'm here to do a quick checkup of how Dr. Soto is progressing in his latest work."

 

[Wackymon]

"I no mean harm... I come peace... I sorry..." [hr]
Data shrugs, and exits the building, and began to look around. He walks up to someone, "Hello, would you direct me to the prison." he said.

Ness nodded toward Marston before thanking Paprika and beginning to eat along with Jess.

Jessica had been sitting next to Ness and silently listening to the conversations Ness was having out of curiosity. She sighed before suggesting to Ness, "If it would help put you at ease, I can go and try to find her myself, since you can't leave town for the time being." After the rest of the guests had finally arrived, she began helping herself to some food.

"Ah, there you are General. I would very much appreciate if you could end this creature's life for me." Nybeth said to Tiberius, seeming like he was snapping out of a trance.

Ness gave a curious and slightly concerned look toward Jess. "...Are you sure you'd want to do that? To chase after an escaped convict?"

 

[Saltyk]

"You obviously have no skills. And I have no use for someone without any skills. So, you can stay right where you are." The person said walking off.

"The prison? That's in Shaintaio." The person replied to Data.

"Soto? Same thing he's always doing. I do wonder if the man ever sleeps, though..." The guard replied.

"Mind telling me what it is doing? I'll kill it or send it far away depending on your answer." Tiberius replied.

OOC: So...Guess I'll just have Tao go starve to death in a field then.

Tao's ears drooped and she started leaving town.

"Roy" sighed "Well you know what they say, science demands sacrifice. I hope it isn't too much sacrifice though. Anyways, may I enter?"

"... I plant tree." he said. There, in fact, was a fairly large tree being planted near him, that (If there are any botonists here) is not from the area.[hr]
Data nodded, "And where can I locate where they keep prisoners in this town?" he said.

Jessica paused in her eating to answer Ness. "I already got her arrested once. How hard could it be to do a second time?"

"You mean aside from the aforementioned act of trespassing on military grounds during a time of war?" Nybeth remakred to Tiberius. "It is being an irritant. I had intended to destroy the creature and dissect it, yet it continually eludes my attempts to do so." He then answered, sounding annoyed.

Ness paused before smiling a bit. "That's true... Be careful then, Jessica. If I can, I'll come along as well..."

Several people began to approach the Spice Rack.

Ashley walked by Tao, humming as she went.

"They would be kept at the Main Building in the brig." The person replied.

"If you want." The guard replied to Envy.

Tiberius snapped his fingers and the tree erupted in flames. "You don't plant trees in a military base."

He looked to Nybeth. "I see. Well, i could simply contain it's every avenue of movement via Earth magic and then stab it in the heart with my spear. There is no way it would survive my thrust."

Looking down at the creature, he said. "Considering it's simplistic mind, it's probably some result of Soto's work. It could even be the creature that attacked Everwood."
