"I'm not sure how I did it..." Savranth answered Envy, looking fisrt to the mech ontop of the pillar of earth, then back to Envy, although he was still alert to the danger, and prepared to dodge if need be.
"Fire? What are you 'wishing' that for?" he asked with a sense of urgency.
Once more, when Envy commaned the sword to use fire, nothing happened.
Since the mech's head panels were closed, Jona's bonesword struck those instead, doing little more then leaving minimal scratches.
When Kynn attempted to hack the mech, the process stopped dead at 25%, as something interfered with it. Should Kynn's Omnitool have the function of anilyzing systems, it would be shown that the mech's AI didn't controll its systems fully.
As Xyleena deposited more of her acidic blood, the hole in the plating grew, and eventually it ate through entirely, exposing a network of wiring that likely fed power to the back-mounted turrets.
Marcus' drone would reveal that the joints of the mech's legs and tail were relatively weak compared to the rest, as well as the sections of its side that would alow the mech to bend sideways.
Tilting the weapon that was in the middle of the three weapons above the mech's tail upwards, it fired a small mortal shell at Kynn. From the two other weapons, two homing missiles were fired at Rex. Two of the back-mounted lasers aimed at Xyleena again and fired. Two more lasers were fired at Marcus and Grace.
Since Data hadn't bothered evading the previous laser fired at him, he was struck right in the chest.
Hearing Marcus call out, Savranth rushed over to Lyra.
"I know some healing magic!" he called out in turn as he went to examine the damage the laser beam had done to Lyra.
