Rex slowly led Marston into the diner and sat down, yawning a bit. "So where've you been, Marston?"

 

[Outisakanobody]

"Camping outside of town." Marston said in a glib manner as he found a place to sit.

 

[Random berk]

"That's... that's crazy."

 

[Wackymon]

"Well, Tedds been reserching the connections between Inter-dimenional travel and magic, and has actually discovered that, in some universes, magic just dosn't exsist. You're probobly from one of those universes, while this universe runs off of magic."

 

[Random berk]

Kynn slowly took off his pack and opened it, taking one of the foil wrapped cylindrical blocks from inside. Raising it to his mask, he fitted one end of it into a slot hidden underneath the faceplate. The sound of a blade slicing through it came from the mask, and then that of crumpling foil. When he took the block down one end had been sliced off and covered over in foil again. Behind the mask, Kynn could be heard to chew and swallow whatever was in the foil.

"Interdimensional travel... some of our scientists did study the theory of other universes before the Morning War." He replied. "But it was totally theoretical. No one ever thought it was possible to actually travel to these universes. If that's what we've really done here... wow. That's a lot to think about."

 

[Wackymon]

Grace nodded, "If it's any compensation, we only discovered it about a week ago, and that was partly due to an accident in another dimension." she said.

 

[Furioso]

Envy was looking for Savranth

 

[Saltyk]

Savranth was outside looking over the lake. In his hand was the Philosopher's Blade as he tried to work it. Making it transform into different forms.

OoC: I assume everyone but Rex and Marston are still at the Temple... No idea why Rex left, though...

 

[Furioso]

Envy walked over to Savranth "Sooooooooooo, remember "rule #1?" he said while eyeing the sword

 

[Random berk]

"A week ago? You must be part of the research team studying it then." Kynn said, interested despite the draining influence of his sickness.

 

[Saltyk]

Savranth looked at Envy, then at his hands and back to him. He stayed silent for a moment. "You realize this is only useable by a mage, right?"

 

[Furioso]

Envy stayed silent for a moment So that's why the thing wouldn't work... he thought before saying "...Fine, fine keep it. On one condition. You allow me to take whatever else is up in those ruins."

 

[Random berk]

OOC: I'm going to have to head off. Heading out for the night, and the screen of my laptop is fucking up anyway. Sorry Wacky, we can continue this another time.

 

[Wackymon]

Grace shook her head, "No, I'm just here looking for someone. The person reserching it is my boyfriend, though." she said.

She got up, and began to look around for Savranth, eventually finding him.

 

[Saltyk]

"I'm not sure if there's anything else in there, but you're welcome to look around." Savranth replied. He held up the blade to look at it in the sun. "Though I am curious as to why this weapon appears to have some old Legaian markings and why it's here... As far as I know..."

 

[Furioso]

Envy shrugged "So I can have whatever I find? Cool. As for the sword, beats me." he said as he began heading back over to the main room, where he shouted out "Alright people, out out out, I graciously let Savvy have the sword, so unless you want to convince me to let you have something, all this junk is mine."

OoC: Who's actually all in the main room?

Grace looked at Savranth, and said, "I suppose the two were once united." she said.

 

[Saltyk]

"No... They were never united as one nation. This sword has obvious Legaian make and markings, though." Savranth replied to Grace.
