Ness snapped out of what seemed like a trance before beginning to look around the walls of the temple for information. She used her PDA as a mini-flashlight as she walked.

Since everyone who was awake was outside of the main chamber and everyone who had been asleep had been carried out by Envy, he pulled out the key from its place, expecting the door to close.

Marcus stirred from his spot, eyes going red. "active. Current objective: find some food. Anybody got something to nibble on?" Marcus asked, shifting from his new spot to the entrance. Lyra stirred and rolled out of Envy's arms as she was moved, cursing in surprise.
"Better than last night, now that I've slept off that headache I gave myself." Jessica pleasantly replied to Savranth. "So what's next for you then?" She curiously asked. "I was planning on seeing if I could learn anything more about these ruins. That's kinda the entire reason why I came here after all."
The boy looked at the spider and stepped on it with his shoe. "Stupid Insects..." he said as stamped on it, then carried on walking through the pathway.

As Envy pulled out the key, the door slowly began to close once more.
Vanessa would see that the walls on the inside of the antechamber, were largely scratched up, likely as a result of previous combat with the equine mech.
What could be seen was likely left by the cult members.

"Are you listening? At no point were the nations of Legaia and Xiphatia one. Their people didn't even know the other existed. You're dreaming." Savranth replied. "If there was another nation, they have left no sign of their presence minus these ruins. But they are long gone, in that case."
He looked to Jessica. "I don't really know. Lyra suggested some sort of hunt. Said it might be related to something in Rockbyrd. I suppose I could help out with that. It'll be a little while before we push along again. And I could use a chance to figure out this blade a little better."

The Philosopher's Blade, we crafted this hoping to further understand magic. Built with ancient knowledge, it will be our key.[hr]

Ness took a few pictures of each of the sayings as she came across them. She sighed as she walked back in and quickly took a scan of the horse before walking back outside. She began scrolling through her pictures and musing a bit. ...Hm. It's a bit of a shame we wrecked it as much as we did... But as for these sayings, these must've been the Legaians that have lost their magic. Perhaps exposing that blade to more magic will help it gain more potential... or maybe to a catastrophic natural event will activate it...

"Well, good luck with whatever you end up doing. I've got my own things to look into, but I'll see how you're doing once I'm done." Jessica replied to Savranth. She turned to see that the Antechamber was closing up and frowned. She teleported into the Antechamber, as she had become acquainted well enough with the interior to do so. Assuming the lights had gone off when the key was removed, her right wrist began giving off an amber colored light that barely lit the room with a dull glow. After mentally fiddling with the settings, the light grew bright enough that it lit the room nearly as well as the built in lighting had. With her surroundings now visible, she set about examining the robot, frowning at how carelessly such a potentially one-of-a-kind thing had been torn apart on repeated occasions.
