"If there were a way to ensure that the entire crew of sailors were to inhale the gas, then it could most certainly clear the boat of living inhabitants as you intend." Hearing what Rita said, he continued stroking his beard. "I've no knowledge of what this 'ventilation system' would be, so I will defer to your knowledge on the subject."

"Thanks for letting her come along." Jessica replied to Casimir and Erica. She then made to follow Casimir to the portal once again.

OOC: I need to get some food, so Jessica will follow to Skyrim for the time being. I'll be back soon as I can.

Tiberius looked at Maria/Envy for a moment. "Then, how did you know about Shaintaio, or our presence here? And why have we not heard anything from you at all before now?"

"That's right. How long have you been here?" Athena asked, holding the crystal in her hand.

Then you don't wish to avenge your friends?

"Well, I found Shiantaio on a map... I just figured it would be a safe thing to say because it was the farthest away... guess not. And I knew you were here from a little word of mouth and traveling around. I've been here for about 2 weeks, but I hadn't thought of getting involved until a few days ago when I ran into this weird guy. Said he was like me, from somewhere else, and that we probably wouldn't have a chance to figure out how to get home until one side won the war."

Ness looked around in wonder at the bustling town. She seemed to have stars in her eyes as she took a few pictures with her PDA This place is wonderful! ...I'm really glad I came! She was so enamored with the locale that she didn't notice Septus joining with everyone else.

Yuki sighed a bit at the next message. [color=bb66bb] "...Of course I want to... But that's not going to bring them back either... I've been chasing something pointless my entire life, and I'm done with it." [/color] She sighed a bit before continuing. "And what was this guy's name?" Athena asked.

Tiberius simply waited for Envy/Maria to answer. Though, his hand did move to a small charm on his necklace.

Nothing more appeared before Yukino and all that was written before was no longer visible on the ground. Leaving not a trace.

OoC @Outis: The second floor of the main building in Holadino.

"Ah, but there is a difference between conjuring up the gas, and storing it in a device for later use. I will admit I have but little knowledge of the matter, but I would assume the gas its effectiveness would grow less as time passes. As for a ventilation system, it is a system of shafts that run through enclosed spaces, be they buildings or large vessels, meant to circulate fresh air." Loki answered Nybeth, then looked towards Rita. "While spreading the gas in such a manner would indeed be effective, it raises the issue that then we too, would be exposed to it. Which brings us back to the matter of a need to store the gas until for use. It need be be stored in a bomb, or other device that alows us ample time to escape the ship before the gas is spread."

"It's no trouble." Erica answered Ness and Jessica before they stepped through the portal. Once they did step through, and end up on the other end, Erica first looked up to the sky, snowflakes landing on her face. Sighing, she looked around the town, specifically at the work she had done on the several gardens. Mostly, they were simple hanging baskets in which frost-resistant flowers had been planted. She gave a wave in responce to those greeting her, a wave that was far less enthusiastically then it would be normally.

Once she met up with Septus and the people he brought, she said, "Hello, Septus, was it?"

Hearing Tao's responce, the guard sighed again. Acting stupid isn't going to help you now. "You are to be killed today. Now, I ask again, what would you wish as a last meal?"

"Hmmm well I don't have any experience in bomb making..." said Rita

"He said his name was Envy, a strange name, but that could be normal where he's from." replied "Maria"

Grace, having followed Tophat and Co, looked around at the city.
"Wow..." she said.

"What! Y-you can't do that, meow!" Tao said as she bolted up and backed away from the man, bumping into the far wall.

Marston asked some people in Holdino about where to find Tiberius or Athena, and they told him to go to the main building in the city, so he went there.

If Yukino happened to look up at the sky, she might notice some sort of bright speck, more distinct than any star...

Yuki sighed again before lacing her hands behind her head and continuing on her way to Lakewest. [color=bb66bb] "Do me a favor and don't make me wait all that long. I want to get my eternity in hell over with." [/color] She talked a bit loudly toward the sky as she continued. [color=bb66bb] ...Hopefully... I can at least get one last fight in. [/color]

The old mischievous smirk that had been gone for the last two days slowly started to return on her face as she continued. [color=bb66bb] "La la~ lalala~. La la~ lalala~. The reaper is coming to take your head~..." [/color] She slowly hummed to herself before looking up and seeing the spark. Her ears perked up a bit as she stopped in her tracks. [color=bb66bb] "Weeell... that was quick." [/color]

Ness continued to take pictures of everything, like an overzealous tourist. She gave a small wave toward Grace as she heard her voice before going back to her photo op.

"Envy...?" Tiberius repeated the name. He looked at Athena and then back to Maria/Envy. "Tell us what do you know of Envy and where did this meeting take place?"

"And what is his current location? If you know."

 

[Furioso]

"Maria" looked kind of shocked at how interested they were on hearing Envy's name. "Well we spoke near Lakewest, I'm not sure where he is now though."

 

[Random berk]

Casimir slowed down a little to allow the others time to take in the sights of the dormitory town. A number of Khajiit cubs came close, staring openly at Jessica and Ness, chattering amongst themselves and pointing at the beastkin women, who seemed to them like a strange hybrid of Khajiit and human. They stayed around for a short while, before a shout from an older Khajiit sent them scampering back.

Before long the group were approaching the ramp that led up to the gatehouse of the castle's bridge. The two statues and the obelisk that AEanna had carved herself so long ago still stood gleaming and proud, and had clearly been restored at some point. A call came from the gatehouse suddenly.
"Who goes there?" Casimir stopped the group with a gesture when they were in front of them.
"Wait here." He said, before advancing to the gatehouse.

"Teren 'Sai, it's Casimir, Septus, Tophat and Erica. We've brought honoured guests with us as well." When he spoke, an Argonian with obsidian black scales, black armour and a ranger's cape that was clearly meant to mimic that of the Argonian statue by the group popped his head over the parapet, then threw a rope over and slid down. Casimir gestured for the others to approach. The Argonian watched them approach with piercing eyes the colour of burning coals. Where Dromaeus had always been a fearsom example of his race, this Argonian looked positively terrifying.

"Welcome back Erica, Tophat." He said, before appraising Jessica, Grace, Jona and Ness with his unsettling glare.
"Well met, visitors. I am Captain Teren 'Sai, of the Dragonborn's Oath."

The receptionist looked at Marston. "Can I help you?"

"What was he doing in Lakewest? And when did you meet him, there?" Athena asked. Keeping a close eye on Envy/Maria.

 

[Wackymon]

Grace held out her hand, "I'm Grace, of Moperville." she said.

 

[Furioso]

"I don't know, he was just kinda hanging around. He said he could "tell" I wasn't from around here. This was a few days ago."

 

[Random berk]

Septus glared at Grace and shook his head sharply when she stepped forward to try and shake the Argonian's hand, indicating that it was a bad idea.

 

[Wackymon]

Grace seemed disapointed, and shrugged, "Pleasure to meet you." she said.

OoC @Furioso: By the way, you gave 'Maria' the wrong text colour on the last page.

"A simple small bomb is easy enough to fashion, but if the effectiveness of the gas decreases as time passes, then that is problematic." Loki answered Rita.

Greeted by Teren, Erica gave the Argonian a small curtsy. She was hardly disturbed by his appearance, if at all, having seen it numerous time when she came to visit the college in the past.

"It's good to be back." I only wish the circumstances were less bleak.

"I will just assume you don't want a last meal then. Fair enough." the guard remarked, not giving the responce she gave much thought. Stepping backwards out of the cell, the guard looked to his right. "Time to escort the prisoner." he called out. Not long after this, two other guards, these wearing the standard Xiphatian uniform approached and entered the cell.

"Reach out your arms, please."
