Jessica sighed and rolled over where she was laying. She sluggishly brought herself into sitting up, then inched over to the edge of the bed and let her legs hang over the side as she sat upright. "You're probably right...[small]except I barely even got to actually know her...[/small]" Jessica replied to Ness, he voice sounding glum and weak.

Nybeth ducked into the general store quickly as he noticed the rain had followed him all the way from the mountainside. Approaching the counter, he made a request. "Excuse me, I require some leather. Is this the best location for me to purchase some?"

"Well, I say we play it safe. Now, three cities to keep on high alert just wont work. So I say we trap Granite Pass. Evacuate the citizens to Fourside, and booby trap Granite Pass with mines in the town that will detonate with a button press. Then, slip Xiphatia the hint that Granite Pass has been abandoned and is free for the taking, they walk in, we detonate the mines, and their forces are devastate. A quick clean up of remaining forces may be necessary, but it would work."

"I doubt this will be necessary." Loki answered Rita. "Afterall, she, from the sky, could see what those on the ground could not. But moving to the matter of the goal at hand, I had a thought. Provided Nybeth finds the materials required, and we can fashion the bombs, mayhap we could enlighten the maintenance crew that will be send out to work on the ship in some days time, and have them plant the boms where they will be most effective. Afterall, I know not my way around the ship, and even if I did, I would not know where to place the bombs for the best effect."

Ness scratched the back of her head a bit as she continued looking outside. "...But we'll be a little more happy once... the time for it comes, I suppose..." ...Why do I feel so strongly for one person? I never knew the woman and yet... I can't bring my self to even try to cheer myself up...

The clerk gave Nybeth a disapproving look, believing him to be another Xiphatian. "I guess that depends on what kind of leather you're looking for." she said with a lack of enthusiasm.
