"I see... Have you tried to use magic here, miss?" Tiberius asked a little surprised.
"Here magic is everywhere. We mages are sort of like fountains of magic. And we can use that to interact with and manipulate the world. Sometimes simply by altering the flow in our own bodies, as with physical magic. Other times by manipulating the elements and the magic that flows through them, as with Elemental magic. With Healing magic, you channel your energy into another and facilitate the healing process at a greater rate. Doctors use this to heal patients of virtually any illness. And Shield magic is rather difficult, but effectively you form a barrier using that latent magical energy."

I'll have to see if I can make time to visit these "Wild Lands" Jessica thought to herself. I'll have to figure out just where they are first, though. Standing up, she said to Sable, "Excuse me, there's something else I need to find." After having excused herself, Jessica started wandering around the library, looking for a librarian or a directory of some sort so she could find what she was looking for.

@Kirke: I'm kinda lost for where everyone is exactly right now, would that be anywhere in the library?

"Well now you know. Don't grab her rather big boobs." Noel said, extending her hand over to Tao to rub her ears. If anybody was paying attention alittle vein on Noel's temples bulged slightly. Noel simply smiled at Saya and nodded. Hearing the datapad, she turned to the Rookie. "I haven't caught your name Mister..?" This is rather... suicidal if something is going to happen... But if I broken Code Ragnarok...

Charlotte raised an eyebrow at Saya and The Rookie's message.

Entering the main tower, Loki looked around who had gathered there and what they were doing with mild interest.

"Okay then. I know just the thing." the dinner lady replied, returning Dal'Sheed's smile with one of her own. Entering the kitchen to relay the order to the kitchens, after roughly six minutes, she came back and presented Dal'Sheed with a plate of steak, vegetables that resembled broccoli and a loaf of bread, roughly the size of a fist. Reaching for a mug, she walked over to a keg and filled it to the brim, then placed it next to te plate. "Here you are. Enjoy."

Previously looking sadened, Rica's face lit up upon hearing Lyra mention "advanced magic" and proposing to show her. "Yeah, I'd like to see that! I don't have much time, though. I have another class to go to soon." she remarked, then walked to the teleportation pad.

ooc: @Saltyk So, this latent magic is like mp, and when you run out you can't cast anymore spells? Also, will Castlewood spellgems be operable?

Tao leaned into Noel and started to purr, not paying attention to the video.

Echo was still in the library with Ness, messing with her harmonica.

Ness begins to wander the library as well, a little pensive about trying out healing magic. She walks around with her hand on her chin. She fails to notice Jessica as she paces.

Yukino manages to skip and hum her way toward the fireplace and catches the message. [color=bb66bb] "Oh cool! I have a stalker!!" [/color] She jumps on the Rookie's back with a ":3" face. [color=bb66bb] "Is this foreplay for when you try to kill me? Tell me, tell me~!" [/color] Her ears twitched as Adam followed her, but she makes no moves to intercept him as of yet.

Dal'Sheed handed the miss six coins from his satchel. "Thank you, this smells delicious!" He sat himself down with the other members of the group. He took off his gloves to grab the utensils and began to eat.

Tao is very funny to watch. He chuckled.

Saya sprung to her feet with her staff in hand as the video played. "What are you...doing human?" She asked Rookie cautiously, she poked his helmet with her staff to test if he was a monster of any sort. Saya stepped back a bit when Yukino appeared and poked her lightly with her staff.

"sure. Just keep an eye out for me, and remind me when I see you. See you around!" Lyra said, waving goodbye, before turning back to her book. She found a small spot, flipped on her bracers light, and slowly began reading, her mouth forming the sounds of the words, occasionally typing the words she didn't understand on her bracer.

"[small]Attacking a defenceless city can't be allowed.[/small]"
The Rookie threw Yukino off, backing a few steps and taking a defencive stance.

Echo follows close to Ness as she wonders around.

Adam watched Yukino pounce on the Rookie and nearly made a move to pull her off. And then she started talking. Adam stopped, his face warped with confusion.
"That... is not a normal reaction to... to... well, fucking anything." he managed to say.

"She did? I must not have gotten in the room yet to hear that." Sasha answered, then looked over to the other woman. "How does this room do something like that?" she asked.

Noel continued to pet Tao, as her hand gauntlets retracting back, having her actual hands to pet her. Taking in what was going on around her, she sighed. These people... "I am not attacking a defenceless city. This sounds like a suicide mission."

Charlotte finished her fish and tossed the skeleton in the fire. Still, her headache persisted.

Rita thought for a moment "I might be able to get some use out of some scrap mythril then, especially if I could melt any down and shape it." Rita gave Sasha a confused look Huh, with her reaction I would have thought something was wrong. she thought

Saya stared a little closer at the rookie's helmet. "Strange clothes....human?" She said to the rookie, not sure if he was machine or human. she gave a small knock on rookie's helmet with her fist.

As Rookie throws her off, Yukino laughs as she hits the ground rolling and pops back up to a standing position. She looks over at Adam and shrugs. [color=bb66bb] "Because normal reactions are fucking boring!" [/color] She spins around for a moment until she faces the Rookie. [color=bb66bb] "You don't need to worry your little head over attacking a defenseless city. You guys are gonna help me off the guy who's planning this operation! We arrive at the camp and burn it to the ground!" Then I get to kill all those people in that city without a worry in the world. Win-win for everyone! [/color]

Ness gives Echo another small smile as she follows her around. [small] "Researching those weapons snd their reaction to magic is too good to pass up... But the magic here is interesting... But I could just learn more at home..." [/small] She clutches her head as her thoughts overlap each other. If this were an anime, Ness' eyes would be spirals right now.
