Ness caught on to Marston's bit of sourness and bowed toward him a bit. "Sorry... we kind of left you in the dark after the whole Tao incident. But that aside, I may be able to send you home... and I feel like an idiot not thinking of this sooner... But, are you interested?"

"Oh! I'm glad to hear you're working on a peaceful solution. Good luck!" She cheerfully telegraphed to Jess.

Rita nodded "I can do that. I have some needles. Nybeth, would you happen to have any anatomy books that would show the major artery's? I'd like to familiarize myself with the easiest spots to target."

"...I suppose I am." Marston said as he blew some smoke away from him.

Ness nodded and took the small clip off of her fedora, extending it to Marston. "This is going to sound a bit odd, but this device allows you to travel anywhere you've been before, even near people you've seen before. I'm not entirely sure of its limits other than a massive strain on the mind. Therefore, if you can think of your home world, a portal to it should open and allow you to go back. It's worked for me before, so I don't see why it couldn't work for you. ...We may want to find a more secluded place to do this though." She added, scratching the back of her head lightly.

"My name's Jessica. And that's all I have to do? That'll be pretty easy." Jessica replied to Loki in a nasally voice, on account of Nybeth's stench offending her senses. With her free hand she pulled out a piece of grey colored chalk from one of her coat pockets. "Yeah, thanks." Jessica replied to Ness mentally, what she said having gotten her down quite a bit.

"Simple enough. Since you intend to poison the King, should I refrain from having my forces attack him as well? And how many zombies will be required?" Nybeth asked. Hearing Rita's request, he shuffled through his robes a bit before producing an old-looking leather bound book. "Certainly lass." He replied, handing her the book. The book was, as Rita had asked for, an anatomical book on the human body, mostly consisting of diagrams displaying the various factors making up the human body, with one in particular outlining the human cardiovascular system that would suit Rita's needs perfectly.

Rita took the book from Nybeth and began to study it. She would be able to have everything she needed pretty much memorized in a short amount of time.

"So it could just send me home then?" Marston asked, being a little skeptical.

"Right. That was it." he said in responce to Jessica stating her name, snapping his fingers. "And yes. That is all you need do. And, if a one-way portal is not posible, close it once the zombies have entered." Turning to Nybeth, he said, "All the Legaian ones that could still pass as living when it comes to their appearance. And no, have them attempt to kill the king. If successful, good. The poison is only to ensure he parishes."

Ness nodded slightly as she began to lead Marston for the moment, noting the skepticism in his voice, toward a secluded area of town. After walking there, she took the clip, thought of her lab and a portal opened up, showing it and the android maid cleaning the room. Ness opened her eyes and clutched her head slightly as she motioned to the portal. "This.... is my lab back home... This should be proof enough to show that this could get you back home..." She explained a little rasped from all the teleporting she'd done today. The portal shortly closed after her explanation.

"Well, I suppose I don't have too much reason to distrust you." Marston said as he walked closer to Ness.

OOC: @Dot: Are...are you just sending Marston home? I thought we were doing the predator thing......

@Outis: Well... FPS isn't on right now... Unless you want to wait until tomorrow. I thought this was what you wanted... plus, wouldn't Marston not want to deal with aliens?

"Alright. I can totally do a one-way portal. I'll get working on that immediately." Jessica said to Loki with a nod. Glancing around the area, she found a large, flat area free of vegetation and somewhat farther from Nybeth's cave than her current location. Walking over it to, she started work on a chalk circle that would large enough for several people to enter at once.

Nybeth nodded to Loki as well. He then went deep into thought, mentally sorting out his zombies by the factor of whether they could pass for living at a first glance or not.

Still reading the book, Rita commented "You know, if you just put some of the more... decomposed ones in a lot of clothing they could pass for living just as easily as the others. My concern is the smell though."

 

[Chungus]

As his 'subjects' set about preparing for their tasks, Loki looked at them one at a time, grinning all the while. "I had a thought." he anounced after a minute. "Rita and I need not travel back to Shaintaio to anounce our return at all. Since no doubt we have been seen leaving Shaintaio, we can simply claim we did so to search for clues regarding the whareabouts of the base we were sent out to find on the mainland. This way, we have an alibi. Whereas should we be present when the thralls arive, this would likely raise more suspicion then it would eliminate."

OOC: Well, now that the idea of him getting to go home has been presented to him, yeah, he's gone. Oh well...wanted to try that predator thing......but oh well...

Marston nodded and went home.

"I am afraid I've little in the way of spare clothing to bundle them up with. I suppose if our plans can be postponed I could make an outing to buy some with the Xiphatian gold I have acquired." Nybeth said to Rita in response to her suggestion.

"If that's what you want to do. Doesn't really change what I have to do though." Jessica replied to Loki as she continued working on the large chalk circle.
Nybeth gave Loki and shrug to show he mimicked Jessica's sentiment.

OOC: Something needs to be done. I'mma be back shortly.

Ness casually took the clip and put the clip back onto her fedora and waved Marston off. She sighed for a moment before tapping her ear again. I'll need to try and sent everyone else home somehow before I try to take Yuki. I guess Lyra should come first if possible.

Rita nodded in agreement with Loki "Yes, that would make things a lot easier." she turned to Nybeth "Well, if it would actually be useful sure. I wouldn't waste your time if it would only add a few more zombies to the group you're sending."

"The clothing need still be recognisable as a Legaian uniform, however. So the plan to cover the thralls in more layers of clothing would avail us not." Loki remarked, stepping over to Nybeth and Rita. "For the best results, Legaia is to be blamed for the assasination."
