The figure gave Hellosh one final shove, and sent him tumbling to the ground.

"What? Strangers aren't liked here?" he said to the miners as he huffed and walked around closer to the mines.

Tao was following Kyo, being rather bored.

The various citizens of Rockbyrd said nothing aloud when Kyosuke spoke, but the did start talking amongst themselves when they saw Tao was following him.

[sub]"I sure as hell haven't forgotten what happened the last time a beastkin showed up."[/sub]

The tinkling of crystal glass was the only sound in the obsidian room. A figure with gnarled and leathery flesh stood over a dais with a stasis locked captive upon it. To say stand would be incorrect. A trio of long, vestigial spines snaked out of the black robes of the Haemonculus to lift him off the ground. He slithered on these bone appendages to differant prisms and tables as he busied himself. To his initial disgust he discovered he was low on many ingredients. To procur such things in Commorragh would be a boring effort that would waste his energy. The sites and the sounds of the dark city had grown stale over the centuries and with a grim smile the Haemonculus placed a black facemask over his mouth. One of his four arms grabbed an envenomed dagger from a table while the other procured a baroque pistol which were then deposited within his robes. His dark red body suit covered his alabaster skin as he slid across the room, fitting a gauntlet that contained electrosteroids while he went. Lasty he recovered a number of vials of liquid and dark syringes as well as a number of trinkets and exited through a green portal in the side of the room.

He would find a new pain. He would search for one he had not experienced. Wrazon Drakken felt it was time for a sebaticle from the infighting and politics of Commoragh, a time for him to truly enjoy himself.

Kyosuke ignored the miners for the most part as he donned a breather bit of his armor and entered into the mines.

Charlotte stabilized again as she cried alittle. "I... I saw it again."

"Then it's almost complete."

Tao walked along in her usual happy manner, managing to bounce back from her sadness quite well. She mostly just grinned at the people she saw.

"Why are you going in there, Patch?" Tao asked Kyo as she stopped just outside the mine.

For barely a second an emerald portal shone, casting the trees around it with a sickly glow before a dark figure darted out. The portal closed instantly as Wrazon took his first breath on an unfamiliar world. Random jumps into the webway were perhaps the easiest way to get lost, so wonderously lost.

Wrazon flicked a hovering slate from his robes and it floated above his arm with the slender guantlet attached and the depths of the scrying pad began to shimmer as it mapped the geometry for him.

"Whoa, hold on there." One of the miners who stood at the entrance to the mines said to Kyosuke, holding out an arm infront of him to stop him. "You can't just walk in here without permission. The mines aren't open to the general public."

Kyosuke said nothing to Tao. Turning to the miner, he said. "Eeehhh... What? I was just going to see if I could help in some sort of way, but I guess not." He shrugged and started to walk away.

Population centres were flagged by jagged runes and Wrazon constantly muttered to himself has he slid one of his arms across the slate. He needed to find out the situation of the world. Tilting his head slightly he saw the smaller vestigial spines that sprouted from his back as well as the decorative bone talisman rack that extended from his shoulders to crown his head with a silliouete of bone.

"Hmmm."

His appearance was indeed revilng, such was the state of degredation his was in. As a Haemonculus he would never recover a youthful sheen as other Dark Eldar did when they fed but he had trancended death, after a fashion.

Still, this was an unnanounced, unsupported visit and he best avoid the most populated areas. At least above ground. He marked off an mountain range to his west where the closest city resided. The cogs of his machinations began to turn as he slithered. What could he do with this virgin nation?

 

[Chungus]

"Help? In what way?" The miner said as Kyosuke walked off, a bit puzzled by his words. "If you wanna help work the mines, I seriously suggest you re-think that, if you vallue your health, at least."

 

[Outisakanobody]

Tao followed Kyo around.

"Yeah, was thinking about working in the mines, but Ok. Nevermind then." Rats... Kyosuke said to the miner, waving him off.

Wrazon found a clearing and slid out from the treeline into the open space. His destination was still a while away so he brought up the black slate once more and began scanning for freqencies. Military, music, news, anything. In this remote location it was best to find out as much as possible.
