"Let's find out." Savranth said as they continued along to the main tower. They passed several buildings, but there didn't seem to be anyone in it, just yet. "I wonder what the idea of all this is."
Just outside the tower, across the street, Savranth stopped. "Okay, what's the plan?"

The mountain stops crumbling seeming like little more than a volcano, now, as a flying city appears over it.

"I do hope nothing... unpleasant... happened to her." Paprika said. She looked a little pensive then said, "Please don't tell her about me. We live in different countries where we can't see each other. It would be better if she didn't worry about her family, I think."

The guard let Lyra pass. "Good day."

"Enhanced, strength, speed, and endurance. They are effectively superhuman. They can jump 30 feet in the air. And their swords use sonic vibrations to cut through nearly anything. Still want to fight one?" Soto asked with a grin.

Noel wakes up from her slumber as she cracks her neck alittle as she continues to watch the door from afar.

Kyosuke and Charlotte continue to wander around Rockbyrd, and decide to head over to the partially destroy palace as they known the hole in the ground where the group of 3 descended. Rubbing his head, Kyosuke lead the way with Charlotte behind.
But then they see the city floating above as Kyosuke frowns. "Well that's just fucking perfect."

Noel notices the floating fortress as hails Kyosuke for a second. The spherical objects in the mines completely disappear.

Sophia couldn't argue with Jessica on that, even if it seemed like that part of her life could be over, it still stung all the same. Jessica avoiding her gaze however still got on her nerves, she had told Jessica because she trusted her, not solely because of being badgered into it. She couldn't think of what to say next until it hit her. Without skipping a beat, Sophia reached and grabbed Jessica's right arm, not hard to hurt, just enough to grasp it. "Okay, now it's my turn. Why is this arm so special? That way we're even and you don't need to be so hard on yourself." She stated, remembering Jessica's reach for it the other day.
"I'd rather not, it seems quite clear that your creations far exceed the capabilities of normal humans. Sending me in there would only give you information on what you already know. No, these things need real field experience, and where better to test them then by sending them straight to the forward defense base. Put something on them that could monitor them, and see how they do."
Rex looks over at Grace and nods. "Sounds pretty good, provided he doesn't eviscerate us on the spot."
Yukino shakes her head. [color=bb66bb] "No... As much as I want to slash out at him, we should get to catch up a bit. Keeping up appearances is key~" [/color]

Ness tilts her head slightly then nods.. "If that's what you wish, I'll comply, Mrs. Paprika. As much as I'd like to see a heartfelt reunion, your point makes quite a bit of sense.

Ness tilts her head slightly then nods.. "If that's what you wish, I'll comply, Mrs. Paprika. As much as I'd like to see a heartfelt reunion, your point makes quite a bit of sense.
"Yeah... I think we should approach this with stealth..." Savranth said. He used his Sensory magic to look about the place. "I don't see any guards... Perhaps we should move in slowly and see if we can remain undetected..."

The city floats and begins to move South a ways.

"Thank you." Paprika puts her bonnet back on. "Well, I need to finish setting the tables." She said with a smile.

"Bah. They are getting that on the front-lines. Lazarus took almost all of my first batch with him. If I wanted that, I would already have done it. Besides Astasis has no idea what to do with them." Soto replied.

"Well I'm not breaking a limiter just for that... What a waste." Kyosuke huffs as he walk follows after the city. Charlotte leads the way with Noel and Kyosuke just behind.
Sophia would find that moving Jessica's arm would be surprisingly difficult, as well as finding that her arm felt incredibly solid. Moving Jessica's arm wouldn't be impossible, or even a great hinderance for Sasha due to her greater than average strength, but the weight would certainly come as a surprise if she wasn't expecting it.
Jessica was rather startled by Sasha suddenly grabbing her arm. "I...you...you want to know about my arm?" She asked, sounding much more nervous, butting putting up no resistance to Sasha grabbing her arm. "...Alright. Fair's fair, I suppose. But, can we go back to your room first? It's...something I really shouldn't be showing to people. Not around here. It might give them the wrong idea." She asked.
