Tao woke up as the car hit the ground. "What was that all about, meow?" she asked.

Echo had been screaming, but was unheard. Holly, on the other hand, could be heard screaming. Echo did her best to comfort the scared girl.

Marston finished up getting ready and got on his horse.

When the dragonlings rolled across the ground infront of Loki, he jumped back to avoid bumping in to them. Once they were out of the way, Loki moved past the playfighting dragonlings, moving along side the walls of the cave to minimize the chance of contact. As he moved, Loki looked around the den, trying to decide where to go next.

Although there were more caves, there definitely seemed to be a lack of gold, seemingly these dragons didn't hold the same lust for gold as other dragons did. Suddenly however the ground began to shake, and both the juveniles stopped fighting as both head perked up, they then ran off the way that the two had came, back to the entrance.

"Well hello to you too." Jessica replied to Savranth and Marston. "And it took me six years to learn how to get this good at it. You'd best have plenty of time to spare if you want to get as good at it as me." She added, chuckling a little. "Anyway, what's the plan? I just dropped about half of our merry little motley crew off in the ghost town."

"Oh? Well, I'm a quick learner. I generally pick up new things fast." Savranth replied with a smile, quickly creating a fireball and snuffing it out. He didn't speak with a cocky or arrogant tone, though. More like a jovial one.
"Well, I was about to leave. I told Rex to inform anyone else, we may have forgotten. I guess we're ready to go at anytime. Are you going to join us? Or return to meet the others? Oh, and this new, extremely pleasant fellow is..." He stops to think for a moment.
"Actually, I don't think he ever told me his name..."

"That... sounds like precicely the beast we are after." Loki answered, grining in anticipation what exactly could have made the sound, knowing it was a dragon, but not what kind exactly. He moved away from the wall and waited for the dragon to show itself.

After the first rumble the ground seemed to be relatively still. Seemingly the dragon hadn't bothered to fully stop itself as it landed.

With the juveniles coming out to the main den to greet their mother, the beast slowly walked into the cave, a still flailing cow in its maw. The juveniles licked their lips with anticipation.

Since they were still under the veil the dragon didn't pay them any mind, but if either of them knew anything about momma bears, you don't mess with something when its young was around.

"Gee, he's all polite to you. I walked up and he pulled out a gun..." Savranth said dryly.
"Anyway, yeah, I was planning to head to the base and speak to Tiberius. I was thinking that would be the best bet."

"Now that is a steed fit for a king!" Loki exclaimed upon seeing the dragon, awestruck to some extend, yet still believing himself to be far above the dragon. "The fact that it has young might prove troublesome, however. It will likely be difficult to train the beast to go anywhere it is commanded to, when its maternal instincts tell it to look after its young. And killing the young ones will only work adversely..." he continued to comment as he watched the mother dragon feed the dragonlings. Hearing Rita, Loki looked at her, still grinning. "That I do. I need only touch its heart with the scepter, and provided this is not the species who's hearts are of crystal, it should become more... mallabe, for a lack of a better term. Did you ever learn where exactly its heart is located?"

Glancing back over at Savranth, she said, "Well in his defense, you've clearly got a weapon. I look just helpless as can be." fully devoting her attention to Savranth, she turned and nodded at him. "Okay! Can we go and do that now then?"
