Shadow managed to quickly put up a metal wall to block the lightning bolt, unfortunatly he didnt knwo that the metal he used was quite conductive and got shocked with the majority of the bolt.He was down for 10 secods befor he got back up and ranLimped like the wind into an ally, creating a moving baricade protecting him from further ranged attacks using his alchemy.
Once he entered the ally he would seal it off with a metal wall.

OoC: Done, shadow is now nowere to be found and a guy in a whtie, imaculate suit(compared to shadows black scruffy one) is now running away from the shouting liek a sane person, with a slight limp.

Trilby watched Shadow run away, then turned back to the soldiers.
"How's it going lads? I would help you, but apparently you don't accept that I'm a police officer." he grinned. "So, I guess I'm absolved of responsibility! Shame, that. I'm a damn good cop."

"Yes. That ought to motivate them more." Loki answered Rita. "I had my doubts about attempting to tame a dragon with young at first, but giving it more thought, this will likely prove to be beneficial in time. As these dragons grow up in captivity, they will be much more compliant then their mother." he continued to comment, still leading Fafnir around, now walking in random directions, rather then circles.

None of the soldiers outside paid Trilby much mind at present. However, his weapons and mechanical arm was noted, marking him as a potential threat, not helped by the antics from Shadow.
When Shadow ran off in to an alleyway, ten soldiers ran after him and began to remove the wall he had errected by using earth magic.
Now with the main threat on the run, ten other soldiers approached Trilby, swords still drawn and prepared to cast a spell with their free hand. "You there, Legaian. You will come with us. And you better not resist."
The 60 other soldiers remained within the gates of the compound.

"Okay. We'll get back to this in a moment. For now, I want to know what happened with Icarus before Legaia destroyed the city."

The soldier outside the cell looked up once Tophat spoke to him. His first reaction was to look at Rookie, who was still asleep. What the...?

"I'm not Legaian, I'm... Mall...-tese? I don't even know where I am!" Trilby replied, really confused. He then noticed that they were eyeing up his arm suspiciously.
"Are you seriously bringing me in because of my disability? Well I never!" he said, mock-offended.

(To the soldier outside the cell: I am Tophat, a magical artefact that assists that trooper since he is a mute. With me, in the backpack he was wearing earlier, is a recording of the same man that he fought in Lakewest attacking him in a hospital. I have also got evidence of him not being from this world.)

when the police broke through the wall Silver 'stumbled' over at the end of the allyway and landed on th3 ground "A-a... man jsut ran past and swiped at me! h-he whent that way!"he would stamer inocently and fearfully as the soldiers were running at him with swords drawn, he pointed shakily to the roof.
"He was dead, killed by someone after we fought... I didn't want him to die, but I couldn't stop him... Envy, I think his name was." she said, "Wish he didn't kill him, though... I just swear if I had him closed for long enough I could get into his head how stupid an idea it was." she said.
